gaduchendu:Deferred enrolment After a study permit application is submitted (150 days or less) If less than 150 days have passed since the intended program start date, officers should continue to process the study permit application. A new letter of acceptance is not required. After a study permit application is submitted (more than 150 days) If more than 150 days have passed since the intended program start date, officers should request a new letter of acceptance from the applicant to confirm if the student has deferred their enrolment to a later date. If clients are unable to provide a new letter of acceptance and have not provided an explanation with their application stating that they are affected by service disruptions due to COVID-19, officers may use their discretion to either grant an extension to submit the new letter of acceptance or make a final decision with the information on file. Good morning, please I need detailed steps on how to get to Q-Life family clinic in VI from Berger bus stop. I need names of junctions/bus stops I'll need to alight from. I don't live Lagos so I don't really know Lagos and I don't wanna get lost or get there late. |

Hello eclint 2 million as a Sponsor? or I didn't get what you talking about? That money is too small to have as a sponsor considering other relevant factors.. That amount cant even cover your school fees, not to talk of other expenses.. Having 2 million as an aplicant that has a sponsor is good to go, but not the Sponsor.. So please work on that.. Peace eclint: |

Take a bus going to either Ajose Adeogun or Ligali Ayorinde. Preferably Ligali Ayorinde. Ligali Ayorinde is closer to Qlife. Ayindesegun10: |

Alhamdullilah it has ended in praise for me. This journey has been on for me since 2019 after leaving highschool but I thank God that it has finally ended. My original destination was the US but my mom didn't want it because of gun violence and we had no family in the US so we settled for Canada. I applied for admission to University of Manitoba since that's where my sister was and got admission since November 2019. Unfortunately that was when the wait now started. ![]() An immigration lawyer was introduced to my mom who charged 1000 dollars which we paid almost immediately. But this stupid woman didn't do anything for more than a year saying covid and many other rubbish. She only wrote sop and that was even when I almost changed it for her. Fast forward sha, come December 2020, I couldn't take it anymore I fought with my mom about it so that we can use anothe person. She refunded the money and we decided to us another licensed consultant (A3 immigration). All through, my admission for UOM expired which I reapplied for another admission. I also applied to Thompson rivers university and university of Lethbridge and got admitted into all of them. I also wrote IELTS in January and got 8.0 overall band score. Then I applied for my first visa on March 31st, 2021. Omo I was so happy but as God will have it, it was refused on June 9 and the gcms notes didn't state any particular reason. My consultant adviced that the refusal was a mistake and we should reapply instead of judicial review to save time for fall intake. So I reapplied on June 24 with a complete application and by God's grace it ended in praise today. Timeline: First application: Submission: march 3, 2021 Biometrics: April 6,2021 Upfront medical: August 2020 NSE request: April 14. Submitted IELTS so I sent only MBS and it was acknowledged on April 19. Refusal: June 9,2021 a few days after I ordered my gcms notes. Second application Submission and confirmation: June 24, 2021 No NSE request. Medicals: I saw how fast the slots where filling up so I booked for August 12 as my previous medical would expire August 9. Ppr and bvl: around 8:45 a.m today on September 17, 2021. Documents submitted All imm forms. Sop drafted by me and also a LOE tackling my previous refusal reasons. My sponsors (mom) account statement for both personal and business accounts with closing balance of 25m. Property valuation of one of my mom's house. Also landed properties. I didn't really do much, it was all done by our consultant. Omo yesterday my mom and I even went to buy dollar because of the present exchange rate and I also changed the pounds I had with me to order my gcms notes (My mom didn't want me to order for it because she thought that was why my first one was refused ). All this was just yesterday. Man I'm still surprised.Walahi I fasted till I couldn't fast again. In fact I fasted yesterday. It wasn't easy but I am grateful to God it has ended in praise. I pray everyone waiting also experience this good feeling I'm going through. I am also grateful to this wonderful forum which I got to know about in May while I was waiting for my first application. I'm grateful and will continue to be for all the help your people have offered us. And to my fellow Nairalanders who were refused, especially @oreoluwapo and @jfrazzy, please I am begging do not relent. The refusal is just a delay not denial. And I pray it ends in praise for you very soon. Thank you once again and please pardon my long story. I will be sending my passport for stamping on Monday Insha Allah. |

Hello Bayo Yes he can, but be mindful of Lump sum.. I will advise your Dad do a Deed of Gift for you with the attestation of a notary public... Also try and pay the first semester fee with the submission of Vital sponsorship documents.. (You can see these documents in the timeline of approved Applicants)... Peace Bayor65: |
