Yes money is their goal because money is needed to pay salaries, buy equipment, expand facilities, pay suppliers and so on so that they can serve you better.

I don't think she is actually pained by the huge money spent but want people to know how much she has tried to save her driver. She want to stress how much money involved. The sentence wouldn't have completed without letting us know she has invested 10m into her driver health care

Even when you're told that you've a terminal illness, they don't stop treating you. You're told because you have a right to know what is going on and to prepare your end as a dignified being.

They can only stop giving you care if you have the capacity to and decline their treatment.

So, her argument is still insensitive and callous.

Who funds the hospital if not the patients. For a hospital in Nigeria to function properly they seek for more patients especially the rich ones. Exercise more, check your health and drink more agbo to prevent this from happening.

It was on nairaland that allegedly a doctor was sacked by an hospital for quickly referring a popular and rich patient to another hospital and prioritising life instead of keeping the patient for maximum extortion.
