My spouse is in Ontario but her school is in BC. She has remained in Ontario because her school is online. Kindly advise if she can contact the MP in her province of residence. If yes, how does she contact the MP? Please help! This unending wait is tiring.

Has anyone here done a study permit and work permit extension? Wondering if the timelines are accurate.

Please have you landed? How were you able to address the lack of introduction letter for your kids?

Hi all, is port of entry letter needed for visitors visa because I didn't receive the letter of introduction for my kids, only received for my spouse after visa stamp. Also for kids that enter Canada with visitors' visa, will they be issued study permit at the port of entry? thanks

They are travelling next month. I think they only issue introduction letter to study and work permit holder according to ircc website. Did you get for your kids? Maybe someone that has gone through this stage can help

Lianna's posts was taken down and her account(s) banned. I think these have to do with some breach of protocols or something. I received her timeline yesterday to help post on her behalf. I did but my own account too was flagged by the thread BOT - am not sure how this works or what triggered the 24-hours ban for me either.

Anyways, what is important to clarified is that Lianna didn't abscond after getting her PPR. She made efforts to share her story but unfortunately that hasn't been possible.

I won't try to resend either because I don't want to be "banned" again.

Please I need help . I am student visa in Canada , my husband already has a valid visiting visa to Canada . One of my children was born in the US and does not need a visa , while the other one was born in Nigeria. How do I go about her application since she is a minor .

Congratulations Lianna2020...was actually looking for your moniker on the student thread but couldn't find it...am happy for you..please I will love some guidance... I have a 3 year old and another on the way ,though am not due till next year...my hubby got approved for the student visa,was wondering the best time to apply for the SOWP for myself and visitor visa for my baby...should I wait when hubby gets there or will start it immediately?, he will travel by December.
And also....what are the documents to make my application strong and what other ways can I prove home ties?
And Do I need to open a new GC key or my hubby applies through his own??
I plan to give birth in Canada by next year by Gods Grace... So Nnem just give me tips on how to go about this... Thank you.
