The experience you had is regrettable but you can't blame the loan recover agent.

The reason is that they hear all kinds of lies everyday from defaulting borrowers thus whenever anyone comes with an excuse they automatically assume it's a lie.

Sentiments and loan recovery business don't mix otherwise you will never achieve any positive results and will not be considered effective at your job

I hope you're eventually able to pay of your loans so you can free yourself
