I really need your assistance.., my application was refused this morning based on
• personal assets and financial status, although I will be applying for a gcms note soon. This is my 4th application and I’m really getting exausted. I don’t really what they mean by personal asset and financial status cos I submitted my
• my CAC certificate
• the land gifted to me by my late father
• my late father land document
• my statement of account with 8million balance
• my sponsor statement of account with 10million balance

So sorry to hear this. Get your notes which will be a lot more explicit on the VO's concerns. Were the 3 previous refusals on personal asset and financial status? Also,did u pay tuition to show commitment to the school?

Its possible you submit the necessary documents and still get refused for that same reason, like in your case. As we all know, these are just generic refusal reasons. When you get your GCMS notes, the real reasons for refusal will be stated there..

This is your 4th refusal doesnt mean you wont still get approved.. I know of an applicant here some years back who got his approval after the 7th attempt, so do not give up..

Get your GCMS notes, address the concerns of the Visa Officers and re-fire.. You will def get your Visa this time..

If you have issues interpreting your GCMS notes or addressing the VO's concerns, you can drop it here, I or any of the Knowledgeable peeps here will guide you..

Its not over until you win..

It is almost impossible getting a Masters degree Admission with 2:2, cos getting that is very competitive(between 1st class and 2:1 Graduates) in Canada..

But you can surely get a Post graduate degree in any of the Universities or Colleges, but make sure the course you will be choosing should be related to either your 1st degree Course of study or your work experience...

But most applicants here chose courses that relates with their line of Work or business, so if your work isn't related to Chemical Engr, you will need to chose a Post graduate course of study that is related to your line of work.. All these is on the condition that you are either working or doing a business, if not, then you will have to chose a course of study that is related Chemical Engr..

Because VO’S hardly believe in third party unless you can strongly convince them with strong prove

I think you have to go back to where you had your first dose, am not sure though.
