ACCESS
Eurobond issuance oversubscribed.....

Could it be that ACCESS may likely be the winner of the Union Bank bid.........and as such, getting funds ready for the buy-over??

https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/34200_ACCESS_BANK_PLC%20ACCESS_BANK_SUCCESSFULLY_PRICES_LANDM.pdf
Access Bank will soon become the undisputed market leader if they continue like this while others are risk averse, apparently.

Who did they reconciled with?
Their shareholders pre-reconstruction of shares nah.
Shares were reconstructed in ratio 4:1
So new shares are now issued i.e if you have 200k units for instance, it's now 50k units @ old price multiplied by 4.

I have a question for those of you who check financial report and quaterly results of companies before making stock decisons
"What if those financial reports were all cooked up or manipulated by the campany"?

In an ideal world, this will not happen. The companys accounting department should check and double check. The CFO (Chief financial officer) will also check and recheck. The auditors will also check and double check. The CEO and CFO usually sign every financial statement putting their reputation and office on the line for every financial statement they release and there are penalties for offenders...

Since its not an ideal world, things happen. So the responsibility is on you to critically look at the report, compare with the past and other competitors to assess its believability.

Unfortunately accounting rules itself has loopholes that financial engineers can exploit to perform miracles... The key is to ensure proper risk management (avoid companies with a history of mago-mago or with low believability-index) and have faith in the system...

We believe that every financial print uploaded at NSE is true. There are regulatory bodies guiding every stock market. The highest they can do is to annualise result which we can also interpret when we see it.

One of those known for manipulations at NSE is Oando & Co.They can manipulate the share price but result.......?If you manipulate result, how will you escape dividend payment?

ALERT

It's a new day and a new month.

1.Start loading cash in your trading accounts. There is no other time to do it than now.

2.Start cherry picking stocks especially those that have shown resilience in recent time.

3.Those eyeing the banking stocks and high cap stocksshould watch the 3 days bonanza.Watch out for the volume spike.

We will start witnessing activities on the stocks traded @ NSE from now.

I have started entering the market for my usual Jijo.Got 3 stocks yesterday.I believe the signs I saw in them will continue today.

God bless our hustling.

I remember I bought champion on this day

If the financial report is cooked Mr. Market will punish them.

Transcorp, Oando, Cadbury e.t.c have received their punishments for cooking books.

In other words, 3 more stocks appear in this post as "buy"........Cutix, Açcess and still Vitafoam. smiley

As for Cutix, I think it still have more upside.....
Cos, at N5, it's like N2.50k.......in addition to 15k dividend.
Cutix is still a buy for me too.

Stockbrokers in the house and all. Please who are those moving FBNH up and why. Is recovery coming from a huge bad loan or someone or group just wants to take up a bigger position.

Perhaps just some big fund taking more position like was done in October and November last year when about 2 billion units changed hand. Only 1 billion units has changed hands this September in an earlier start this year compared to last year pattern of huge acquisitions.

** If you buy at old price and collect bonus: you're not at loss
** If you buy @ old price after bonus is given: you're currently at loss........and patience is the key here OR buy more at cheaper price to average down.
** Yes. Shareholders now have 1/4th of their initial held shares.......BUT with x4 of initial share price.........so, the loss should be minimal. As share price goes up, it will be erasing the loss gradually.
