I can only set up the Unlimited internet on my Phone, with VPN, file and Settings.
So I want to share the fast unlimited internet, it with other devices that cannot use android VPN or settings to activate it. PC, iPhone, Smart TV etc.

PC ever heard of PDAnet.

There is also VPN Tether Pro app.

I have used these methods to Tether VPN, so don't tell me otherwise.

Nope.

Yes only have to configure the IP and Port manually. I don't know the kind of smart TV you use but it is easy on an Android TV.

I haven't used one so I don't know how their WiFi settings are. It should work on iPhone
