You can apply in Dec against Feb travel. Regarding flight just make a reservation for that time (Feb) no need to make your application complex.

This is UK refusal not France. You can ask this question on UK thread for first hand experince people answer you.

Landed in Paris today, no PCR test was ask my covid vaccine card were presented during boarding and at the boarder for immigration in Paris. I did the right thing not to waste my money on PCR test

Kindly check your refusal Number(1-11). Let's know the Number to identify your refusal.

Let's guide you on your reapplication steps if you intend to do it Yourself.

Lastly find out from that Agent what he or she stated your are going to do on that Business trip.

I would advise you to email the firm engineering training to send a new invitation letter so they can extended the date forward to like November 24 to December 6 or any of your choice and check if you can see an appointment date of this month but i doubt it.
Check VFS website for appointment
