No point trying to track it. You can only track the iPhone if there’s an internet connection in it which i am sure the thief must have put off the phone. Those people stealing iPhones are not actually planning to use it, because there’s iCloud in it and it cannot be bypassed(most especially from iPhone 11 and later). What they do is sell the parts.

if you can cough out about 400k for a phone, you should at least own a car! why will she be entering bus with iphone 11?

anyway if she has "find my iphone" enabled and she has a lock on the phone it will be useless for the thief and it can be tracked! but I'll advice you let it go unless you have a Police friend or relation who will follow it up for you if not police will turn u to atm and can even bill you more that what u got the phone and you may not get it back
