Know this, Canada already have all your documents and details so far you have applied before.. All your document and details are sitting pretty cool in their database..

You do not need to submit any Police report again as it is not a compulsory document.. And for the other documents, you can still submit them again except your refusal reasons were tied to your sponsors, I do not know your refusal reasons so I may not give the appropriate answer to that...

But so far you applied this year, you can still submit the same documents... There is no expiring date on the mentioned documents(except Police certificate which is 3 months)... So far you are still using the same sponsor and Co-sponsor and also if the Visa officer did not have any issues with the commitment of your sponsors, then you can re-submit the documents...

And as for the comment box, its straightforward, they said if your answer is Yes, give your reasons for the YES you clicked...

Below is my Timeline:

1) Applied 23rd June 2021 with Upfront medicals updated to passed July 13
2) No update up until 13th October 2021 Eligibility started after series of emails sent
3) Refusal letter dropped early morning Yesterday 14th Oct 2021.
4) GCMS notes applied on 14th October 2021.

I already paid $7500 for my 1st semester as requested by the school.

a)Father(Sponsor) had $50K in his account
b)Uncle(Co-sponsor) supported with 5M which he transferred to my account from his Corporate account. Explanation of Lump-sum was done with a reference letter and MBS from his bank.
c)I lost my Job April Last year which I stated in my SOP with evidence of salary and pension account, also letters from the company
d) I already deferred to January since my visa didn't get approved before the September intake.

The reason for denial is attached below.

Two days ago, I asked for help on how to receive funds into my dom account from my sponsor. Thanks to your inputs, that problem has been solved. We opted for WorldRemit and it worked out. To all those who responded (Johnmark247, Enjay316, Agunnaya01, oyinlove15, Hubmon360), I am very grateful.

Now I have another issue. In my previous application that was refused, I was being sponsored 100% with all the funds in my sponsor's account. This time around, he has paid the full tuition and given me the fund to be transferred into the GIC account for my entire living expenses.

I intend to be self sponsored this time around. Will that be an issue?

If I'm self sponsored, does it make any sense for me to say he paid the tuition and provided funds for the GIC?

I await your response. Thanks in anticipation.

Hello @Teemenzo, the intention here may be good but to what end? I think it will be better not to go into this sort of reviews especially for applications still being reviewed by IRCC as we are not licensed to tell a weak or strong application. We have seen people say they submitted a weak application and God favoured them and also seen strong applications refused. There is already tension from the wait and such reviews can increase the tension on the applicant.

All everyone waiting can do is to keep faith alive while praying for a positive outcome on our applications.

I wanted to say this. Pls let continue praying for everyone instead of the review. A 20yrs old that is just going for a degree what kind of job do we expect from him or her except if he or she is going for secondary degree. I don't understand. Abeg all pastors here we need revival����

I have never been interested in traveling abroad before but then my Company that I have been working for had issues and we temporarily closed down in March last year but by February I was aware that from March, no more Salary for at least one year cos we had accomodation issues and needed to build a new Factory which will take at least one year.My G

It took me 2 months to discover UCW and when I told them my profile o having studies business Administration with 10 years experience as a Sales representative and coordinator. they said they will admit me as a matured student because of my field experience. my next issue was finance.

I gave my self 18 months to build my finance. I had to expand my personal Business. I started using one of my cars for transport.I was doing Kabu Kabu with my Avensis oo.I no mind o.Along the line God directed me 2 Naira land. till now I cant remember how I stumbled on Naira land and that was the game changer cos I was initially following quora.I started following Naira land but I never joined.I started learning from ppl posts,time lines ppr alert and so on from last year to this year and then my company resumed this year March to the Glory of God and paid me all my arrears and boom my proof of fund was taking shape.I took money from the ppl that wanted to support me 6 months before my application to avoid lump sum.used my salary account as proof of funds and transferred all my money there.my account was very active because of the businesses I do with my company. Customers were paying cheques into my account and I was transferring them to my Company account.I avoided lump sum till a month to my application wen my brother needed to send my living expenses to me.Wahala,then I came up with the idea of GIC because I wanted to avoid any lump sum and the solution was to use it for GIC and explain it in my letter of explanation.

I submitted in August 24th or should I say my brother submitted it in August 24th 8pm Canadian time but 25th of August in Nigerian time but my record kept showing August 24th.I dont know if they treated it fast cos it was submitted from inside Canada.I dont know.I filled all the application my self.I had to go and learn Computer because of Canada study Visa and uploaded everything myself and got a Laptop.I had a friend of mine who is an English guru to proofread. My brother just paid with his credit card and submitted from Canada.

note:
1. I was a computer illiterate. never had a laptop .my report at work was done by a staff so I never bordered to learn Computer

2.I had 2nd class lower and they told me I would never get an admission for masters with 2nd class lower

3.I had no travel history

4.I had a study gap of 10 years which they said would be a problem for the V.O

Canada style Resume stating my career history and achievements.
my bank statement ticket .opening balance of 10.5m, Closing balance of 9.5 because I paid school fees .I made sure even though my opening balance was 10.5,it grew over the 6 months to show I was earning constantly.it grew to 14 m until I paid my school fees..I had to explain the lump sum withdrawals was for school fees.I also opened a Dom account for the money my brother was to send.I added his telex copy.

in conclusion. God did it for me cos I was never never expecting it this fast but he answered my prayers.

I avoided lump sum and I was very intentional about it.

I was patient for 18 months to learn the ropes from gurus like Frankrobbn1, ,justwise,justmellow,shuppy,spectro,lekkiboboa and lianna, yes Lianna. God bless u all for making my dreams come through.shuppy answered all my questions and was so patient with me as a newbie.I was not in a hurry to apply. it's not how far but how well and grace of God.

my brother's personal opinion was that since Canada started collecting biometrics, police clearance became less important for study permit. when he applied in 2011, there was nothing like biometrics. That's what he told me

Good day everyone, please I need your candid advise. An agent applied for a US Visit visa for me in 2017, but I got refused on the ground of ties to home country. In that application, there were two things he added that weren't true about me; my Marital status and a job.
I am about to apply for a study visa in canada now. Do I have to State this misrepresentation in my SOP or just tell them that I have been refused visa before?

am not a guru but my 2kobo is u have to follow his trend.the job part no hard, add it to ur CV.as for the marriage, did u submit any marriage document ?. dont raise issues that will make them not trust anything u say ooo.

Let me start by apologizing for going MIA, a lot of running around.

I got to the Abuja airport around 10am (plenty traffic i wan cry) boarding starts by 11:30am. Met the First Lady who scanned some of my documents (Covid test result and passport), moved to the next queue where they asked what was in my bag and opened to check, the man just scanned through and zipped it back, I moved on to the next queue and the lady requested for my enrollment letter, passport, Covid test result and arrivecan (Omo i filled the arrivecan oo, even printed it out sef) but she said mine had issues and i couldn’t board (in my mind, my village people have found me ooo) she even assigned one of the staffs to help me but to no avail, others had already started boarding and i couldn’t cos arrivecan is a must ooo, finally the lady decided to have mercy and clear me to board without it, I checked my bags in (exact 50kg) I had two hand luggages (a small box and laptop bag) that they didn’t scale or check in. I moved on to board and passed the last groups who didn’t ask for anything asides passport and what are you going for and where. I boarded and we took off, we stopped at Addis Abiba and i boarded another flight to Toronto (we didn’t waste time, just keep reading the signs and locate your next boarding gate) we got to Toronto and first things first, I filled my details into one system and it generated a receipt which i used to proceed,i queued for the first immigration officer who asked for arrivecan and i explained ( he said it’s from the vaccine i took cos I’m fully vaccinated) he asked me to fill on paper this time and that was all, after that I proceeded to the main immigration and it took 1 hour 30 before it finally got to my turn and the lady only asked for passport and letter of authorization, ( she asked which of my courses I’m looking forward to studying and i told her) she printed and gave me study permit, then read the 20 hours work a week rules, omo nobody asked me for how much i had oo or even statement of account wey i carry. ( I had already missed my connecting flight to Vancouver) I went to fly Canada check in and they put me on the next flight which was scheduled to leave in 30 minutes.I had to go pick all my luggages and check them in to my next flight at the Toronto airport, the immigration officer didn’t ask me about vaccine or ask me to quarantine or even where i have in mind ooo(I sha got quarantine update from my arrivecan app and I’ve been filling it daily). I boarded my flight to Vancouver and when i landed there was no more documentation, or anything, I just picked my luggages and ran to my sister. Ethiopian airlines served me 6 meals from Nigeria to Toronto and they were all nice food with any drink of your choice ( I would actually recommend them) plus they had nice movies ooo.

I return all glory to God for making this possible and here is a thank you to my naira land family. Thank you team

am sorry 4 ur delay but dont give up.apply 4 ur note .meanwhile did u have lump sum?,who was ur Sponsor and what is the relationship. it's not enough to have enough fund but u have to proove that fund will be available to u for ur study.

You can start your Visa application now and expect a miracle decision from IRCC before your resumption date in January..

Use your LOA for the January resumption to apply for your Visa, if your resumption day comes without a final decision, you will have to defer to September and send the LOA of September to them via Webform and also Email...

But like I said, a miracle can happen for you, Canada may give you a Christmas gift of approval..

So apply now with faith, if you can...

It was my dad's statement of account. And it is his business bank statement. We also included a letter from the bank showing that he is a sole signatory and his landed properties also. I also included my employment letter to show that I am currently working. I wrote an sop also.

how much was the balance ?. the gurus always advise against sending business account or company account for sponsors as it involves a lot.CAC docs,tax clearance ,invoices and to crown it all sufficient funds that will show ur studies will not kill his business cos technically, the business is different from the owner of the business and the business is a corporate being.its better he had used his personal account with enough funds and then the business should be paying him monthly as the CEO.thats my 2kobo

Good day house, I'm in a dilemma and need some information on how to proceed from people who had similar experiences or knows how these things work. My wife applied for studies last year and was refused, we deferred the admission to Sept this year and put in our application in June 2021. Two weeks ago, we got request for medicals which was done last week. The problem now is the school has commenced classes since September 7th, 2021 and we have till November 1st to defer but we are hoping the visa processing should be concluded before that date. Otherwise, we'll have to defer and choose a different course for May intake as her current course is only taken in Fall. Firstly, our concern is if the visa isnt out before the deadline for deferring in the school and we change courses, are we meant to inform the embassy of this change in course and commencement date? If we dont and we get the visa before may next year, at the point of entry, wouldnt we have a challenge with the border officer on why the embassy wasnt informed of these changes we made prior to the visa issuance?
Secondly, we have 2 kids (American citizens) not currently in their mums application, whats the process we need to engage to enable them travel with their mum when her visa is issued?

Two days ago, I asked for help on how to receive funds into my dom account from my sponsor. Thanks to your inputs, that problem has been solved. We opted for WorldRemit and it worked out. To all those who responded (Johnmark247, Enjay316, Agunnaya01, oyinlove15, Hubmon360), I am very grateful.

Now I have another issue. In my previous application that was refused, I was being sponsored 100% with all the funds in my sponsor's account. This time around, he has paid the full tuition and given me the fund to be transferred into the GIC account for my entire living expenses.

I intend to be self sponsored this time around. Will that be an issue?

If I'm self sponsored, does it make any sense for me to say he paid the tuition and provided funds for the GIC?

my own opinion is that even if you say you are self sponsored, u have to support it with ur statement of account which should have sufficient funds and u must be able to state where that fund iis coming from.Remeber u r to submit not less than 4 months statement of account but preferably 6 months statement of account which should show constant income monthly. if I were u,I will still use him as co sponsor but will establish my financial ties to Nigeria

A decision has been made since you got your BVL. You'll just have to be patient and be prayerful
