Enick:
Kindly advice

I have two accounts with about CAD 15k on each one. Will it be seen as a lump sum if I move it into a single account and attached it as POF?

Can I attach both bank statements and state the values in my SOP?

If it is n accumulated amount over a long period of time, kindly leave it in the accounts and submit both account as your SOA, and state it in your SOP.

gurus will guide appropriately.
Thanks

@Frankrobbn1

Please I would like to urgently discuss with you on some deeply pressing make for advice. I have repeatedly sent your email waiting for your reply.

But before then@Frankrobbn1 , @ and Others with lots of experience.

Please advice and I am a little confused.

1. Lambton College offed me admission for 2yrs Bm-HR with Co-op and a fees of $11,500 yearly but without room to defer admission if necessary. I am getting a poor rating of this college from Nigerians and it seems not to be a popular choice for Nigerians.

2. New Brunswick community college also offered me admission for 1year in Human Resources Management without Co-op and a fees of $9,468. Option to defer if need be. School fees payment not immediately required.
I learnt it is faster to get Permanent Residency in this province, I don’t know how true.

3. After both recent offers, I am just having a thought that I should give a shot at University of New Brunswick for 1year MBA program which cost $8956 since I have a 3years CAC registered Business Enterprise (1 limited and 1 enterprises) which I run as part time. Also, I am in a full time employment at Administrator (over 15years in the job title and establishment) but my B.sc of second class lower and OND are in sciences.

Please kindly help me clear my head and give the best advice on all cases.

Thanks a million.

See the letter I received
Ketima:

First, you need to order your GCMS Note. Then the VO assessment can be well understood and tackled. Listed in the refusal are generic reasons.

But as you used company account, what documents did you submit. I used company account and I was approved. But then, is not all about using company account, what of your own SOA. Did you sow your own funds as well.

But please who owns the company u used?

First point is purpose of visit. What course are you going for. Higher degree or lower degree or degree you already have?

For Assets. Did you show your own establishment (Assets) in your name?

3rd point,. VO is concerned the money shown won't be enough for the study. So how much is your tuition+living expenses+ others compared to amount shown in the account.

That's the little I can deduct from my lays man's view. The gurus will guide you well.

Can my cousins stand as sponsors for me ? One is here and the other in US. The one here would be making commitment of a certain amount that would cover my first semester fee and remain some balance in my account, the one in US would only supply me with all necessary documents for sponsorship. Can this fly??
Also, can I still submit my parents documents?

Please, I need a guide on how to go about this.

Hello everyone. I hope and pray we are all doing good. Please famz, I need your help. I am a may 28th applicant, I have been waiting since then though my background check and eligibility have started for sometime now. I am in my 5th month of waiting. I am really depressed about the whole wait. I haven't done my upfront medicals. I used an agent before I later discovered this thread in a quest for knowledge with regards to Canada visa application, after waiting for two months and no show. I was earlier told by my agent to wait until IRCC request for my medicals but I was later advised by gurus here to go for my upfront medicals as that might be or partly the reason for the delay. I need the house to help me on how to go about the medical appointments and also does anyone have any medical appointment that he/she doesn't want to make use of again ? I greet everyone.
One love..

I informed the school but no luck with that, and by the next resumption date my visa will expire.
I sent IRCC mails last week but no response from them yet
makano:
Hello Dimeji

Have you informed your school of your PPR? Inform them of your PPR so they can defer you to a nearer resumption date..

If they are still not ready to give you admission despite your PPR, then send a message to IRCC about the situation on ground as this isnt your fault at all.. Send a message to IRCC if your school still refuses...

Wait for a message from IRCC before taking any step.. They can tell you to get another another LOA from another school with same course with your PPR, since the fault wasn't really from you but from them...

Peace

I am also May applicant and it will be better if u do upfront medical as the things dey go now. Check IOM or Qlife on Google. Those are the recommended hospital for this Canada journey.
It will end in praise

Thanks but I paid full tuition and no luck with the school they just replied with a mail on how to request for a refund, because i didn't get visa early and it was first come first served.
I'll try and draft an appeal letter asap and send to IRCC
viviangogos:
Sorey about your situation. First, have you tried all channels to contact the school management and everyone that may be able to help you in the school? Send your approval and plead with them. This kind of rule is yoo stringent plus one seat cannot make the class overly crowded na. There was a lady in this thread that had similar issue but she was eventually accepted. Her own case was even worst cause she did not pay her first semester fee and her seat was cancelled. I read she is in Canada now, cant rember her moniker. If the school part does not work, If I were in your shoes, irrespective of the rules by IRCC, I will go ahead to do a detailed letter of appeal to them. Reason is that you are not willingly changing your DLI but the school condition is making you do this. Your situation may change though. But then if after all, you do not get any headway, then go ahead with your application. The earlier, the better. I believe they have reviewed your situation, so Gods willing, it will not take time for your positive decision to be out. And for the LOE and SOP, you can do both. One to explain the re application, and the other a detailed study plan, cause chances are that a new VO may review this time and you must cross all Ts and dot all Is.

All the best!!!

Hi Titan, do you have access to your GC key? 5 months is way longer than the average processing time, if you have access to your GC key, you can see the actual position of Ur application, it is always better to book for medical upfront, if you haven't do so now. Once you have your done your medicals you can start sending emails to IRCC every day to remind them to finalize your application.

You can use them as sponsors but you have to ascertain what they have in their account outside what they will be committing to you, then you have to explain your relationship with them and how close they are to you.

Let me also quickly add this.

As Admin Officer in the establishment , my job duty have lots of HR roles and I signed all company corespondents related to staff.

I think it would not be proper for me to sign my document emanating from the company. Can office Secretary Sign?

Its best you get an appointment before going as they may likely not attend to you. Had to schedule mine to abuja. If you are 15yrs and above which i think you will be, its #46500.

Thanks. But how many pages should it be?

Everyone's story differs. Some have written 3 pages, 5 pages, 7 pages and got approval. It all boils down to the applicant's story.

The main focus is to address all necessary expectations of a Visa Officer with strong and cogent reasons as regards yourself on your SOP in a very convincing manner.

Take your time an go through the contents and other links in the link below. Am sure it gonna guide you one way or the other

Good day my people,
Big congratulations to those that got their PPR, shared their timeline, and/or landing gist. Your stories have been motivating.
For those of us waiting for the PPR, I pray we all get the PPR and study permit in time to resume when we want to without having to defer. Amen.
I came across this thread after submitting my application last month. Fingers crossed and hoping for the best. It is a little easier to wait in a group lol.
For those that were delayed, Please request for your GCMS and re-apply. Don't give up on your dream!
I took time to read the entire part 20 and about 15 pages of part 19 lol. I invested every little spare time I had since last weekend when I saw the thread.
I decided to open an account Yesterday, and from the little knowledge I have gained via reading through the thread, I'd try as much as I can to answer questions of other newbies like me lol

@Ketima, your story came with a lot of nerve-racking suspense lol. I was tempted to cheat several times by scrolling forward to see if you have testified.

@Frankrobbn1, The Guru, the prof, the elder lol. You are rare, you think like an IRCC officer lol. Thank you so much for all your guide, advice, and for always finding time to respond to questions from the thread. I appreciate you, sir
@Lekiboboe, you're doing a great job. I am always eager to see your input
@Anon123, Thank you so much, you're doing us a great favor. I really appreciate all your input, sir.
@Lianna2020, Congrats and thank you for staying with us. I appreciate you.
@Lobinche101, so sorry for the delay, don't lose hope, you already know what to do next. Please re-fire asap
@TheGbemisola, well-done, your PPR is coming.
@viviangogos, Don't worry, your PPR is here already. God can see all the good job you're doing for others. Thank you
@RollyA, your refusal pained me. Please update us when you can. I know it will end in praise. I can feel it

Thank you to other Gurus and upcoming gurus in the house. I'm sorry but you all know I can't mention you all. May God reward you all.

ADVICE:
Please don't be stingy with Timeline, Landing gist, even rejection. Please share and share your timeline, ask for help. Even if you got your PPR already and we're not aware, please share. You have no idea how much we can learn from sharing and assisting each other.

Thank you.
Gracias for the mention. You are sighted. I pray God arrive soon for you. Stay blessed
