I was waiting for the release of Ucap third quarter result before I would give my advice based on the performance of the company.

Based on the result, here is my take: if I were you, I will hold till around jan/Feb 2022 before I will sell my ucap shares because the price will likely get to 12/13 naira within that time frame.

Ucap is one of the best performing stock in NSE this year already had over a 100% run.

Caveat: Do your Due Diligence!

Q3 performance superb compare to what they made in the first 6 months of the year.

Eps for Half year 52k
Eps for Q3 99k

I can see now the reason for the surge in price. insider saw d result long time before now embarassed

Wapic is not bad, i foresee Access bank opting for a Holdco structure in the future. This should be a plus for Wapic

It's in process already, they recently obtained regulatory approval from the CBN.

On a very serious note I think Elumelu is doing well with his companies. If transcorp should perform as well as they did in q2. We might see them on a serious move towards loco's price target as Ucap is currently doing.
Mind u transcorp is now into oil and gas.

Which producing field do they have and what is their production?

Please don't confuse then with Heirs Holdings

My broad the whole thing is confusing. If you go through media publications and news letters from both Heir Holdings and transcorp you will see them refer to the said oil business as a partnership between them. Even Reuters refers to it as a partnership. Transcorp also mentions it as one of its subsidiaries so its hard to agree or counter what you just said.

Investor/investment is like marriage.
No two marriages are the same. Each family is unique even though every family wants to achieve same thing- happy home. Just the same way every investor wants good returns.
The method used, principles and time to apply it differs for each home to achieve a happy home. The same applies to investment or investors, strategy may differ but same aim – good returns.
Like marriage, each investor is unique. The aim is to get returns but the method and time to apply the principles differ. Hence, it’s always the case of know yourself. Understand what you want to go into and stick to what works for you.

Man know yourself
Some people bought dollars but make loses perhaps they bought and sold at the wrong time even though buying dollars is not wrong. Some people invested in stocks and make great profit others did same and got their fingers burnt yet stock market is a viable tool of investment and wealth building
Some people bought mutual funds and ended up losing their capital because they just bought but never knew equity mutual funds which never guaranteed capital nor returns existed, while others are enjoying the power of compound interest with their money market mutual funds.
Some invested in a business, and they are getting richer, but others did they are worse off than when they started and yet it’s business that keeps the world busy and lively. All this bore down to: man know yourself

Start Early!
So, man know yourself. Don’t rush. It’s not always a 120km/hr moving car that gets to destination earlier than 80km/hr moving car.
If you are embarking on a journey with a slow-moving vehicle, start your journey early you will still meet up instead of trying to catch up with a fast-moving vehicle the end might be disastrous.
Get and learn strategy that works for you and stick to it on your investment journey.

Happy new week!

UCAP right now is for seasoned traders, except you want to key in for long term, in fact very long term or should i say life time.............. In 6 months time UCAP price will fall to u=its year low

Hmmm. Just came across this. It is ideal to take some statements here with a pinch of salt and know whose comment to take. Some are positive while many are not. I thank God I jumped this. I wouldn't have forgiven myself.

AFRIPRUD and UCAP:
How did these stocks offend Mr. Market?
The one that declared fat bonus is chopping beating, the one that declared lesser also....... shocked
Na crime to declare dividend ni? grin
Anyway, think it has to do with the period these dividends came in........by the time the big ones started declaring theirs, investors will appreciate UCAP/AFRIPRUD's dividends......
My Opinion......if you're seated in the bus, stay put, collect your dividend and do siddon-look (for those who bought at higher price especially). If you have more funds, buy more at dip........Bull won't pass in front of these ones without doing obeisance..... tongue

God bless you abundantly. This statement convinced me to hold on to my UCAP and even buy more. Your comments are outstanding and can hardly be faulted. Many thanks.....
