Hello Josh

This totally depends on you though..

You can apply as a family since you have kids, but the chances are slim..

You can apply alone, get to Canada and apply for spousal permit for your Wife and Visiting Visa for your Kids... You have more chances of approval with this, and this is what most married couples in this thread do..

I can see you have assets in your Home country and also you are financially okay.. So it will make sense to apply alone and use your family members as strong home ties and also you can state in your SOP/LOE that your Wife will be managing your properties while you are away in Canada studying..... And when you get to Canada and you have your Study Permit, your SIN and other vital documents, you can then apply for spousal permit fo ryour Wife and Visiting Visa for your Kids to come join you...

If you package your application well and also choose a course that is closely related to your Work experience, I see you getting your Visa...

Peace

Good evening everyone please my notes came in today. I really don’t understand because my school fees has been paid in full by my sponsor and I have sufficient funds for my living expenses also in my account
how much do u have? and how long was it in ur account.
I suggest u purchase a GIC for ur next application.

I think this reasonable expense may be from ur sponsor 's side.I am beginning to think all this denial about the studied being a reasonable expense we are seeing this days may not be from the angle of the student but they may feel ur studies iis not a reasonable expense for ur 3rd party sponsor. This refusal reason mostly comes from ppl with 3rd party sponsorship. please who was ur sponsor?

What about changing program after approval, was withdrawn from previous program. What do you think? It's the same DLI though.
makano:
Hello Temmy

So far its the same DLI you applied with that gave you the LOA, It may not be necessary sending them your new LOA. If it were to be an LOA from another DLI, then it will be required of the applicant to inform IRCC even after the applicant have been approved, and this will result in the applicant applying for another study permit application.... But make sure you hold it with you when traveling(together with your receipt of payment of school fees, that is if you have paid though), this is very important because you will be asked several times en-route Canada..

But if you feel like sending it, no crime in doing so...

Congrats and wish you the best in the great white north...

Peace

Good day sir,

I am asking this for a friend. She wants to know if it is possible to withdraw her money from her GIC accounts in case study permit application was refused and don’t want to reapply?

It will all end in praise.

I love to visit this thread always, I have introduced friends to this thread as well.

I have a concern... I am a permanent residence applicant (family class), I gave gotten passport request, I have sent my passport to VFS Abuja since 15th Sept and up till this moment I haven't got a reply. I have raised a webform to inquire still NOTHING

Does anyone know how long it takes to stamp Permanent Residence visa on passport? I am a bit curious as this is over 24 working days now.

Just asking, when i applied, i never used my personal account, though my brother is my main sponsor with over 37kcad and my dad co sponsor, i didn’t put my dad’s account too, i just put his land document

I’m 26 years, i hope it is not a red flag?

I established relationship with my brother with pictures and passport. But am thinking can it be the Reason for my long delay?

Why i didn’t put my account and dads account is because we actually don’t have money there. I put my dads employment details as he is a university lecturer sha

Sorry to bother you this morning. Thx

To other hopefuls, may our expectations not be dashed in Jesus’ name. AMEN.
