The previous annual report are available, it was a wasteful company I believe things will improve now that it is listed.

Those of us who bought 4 months ago on NASD thought we would get dividends for the business done in 2020, alas their was no dividend to declare.

Even the N2 billion dividend NGX got from CSCS was used as part of the running cost of the business

Highlight of CSCS performance in 2020 during the lockdown, hope they will be able to repeat that in 2021

Imagine Investment income of N7.4 billion by CSCS, those were coupons earned on their bond Investments as they don't have real estate and are barred from Investing in equities

I was able to exit today. Thank God!
I will be waiting for it to come down to around N15 before I enter again.
And hold for around 4 years before I exit.
Why did you run? Lol.
Did you see premarket of over 8M units bid @ day's high, 22.50? ......but the person removed it again before market starts..
Coming quarterly resul lt may likely be good.
Mentioned yesterday that it looks like some guys are trying to push the share price down to enter cheaper.........only time can prove this right or wrong.

** Not in any form an advice. Just calling your attn to it.........moreso that you were optimistic about it initially**. smiley

***Updated: Just read Pa. Emma's posts on NGXGROUP. Pls note that you're the CEO of your portfolio. Mcy just reported what was observed in the market ni.** grin

Ngxgroup remains a dicey stock as it stands. I saw the 8m unit at 22.50 but why did the person remove it?

Auntie, I also saw that single bid, to me it looks like the person involved just want to use it to create FOMO effect. He started with 5.5mil bid, then later withdraw it and increase it to 5.8mil then boom to 8.5mil then finally 8.8mil but withdrew the bid 3minutes before the close of bidding window. Let the same person bring the bid at say #21 in this market session cuz that is cheaper than the earlier #22.50 that he wanted to buy grin. I have also see things kind of the played out in champion and uptill today that person has not come to buy the buying. I think that the bid is being used to create FOMO or indecision so that the price will not go below #20. I could be wrong but that bid is highly suspicious

BUT my BOSS CP postulated that the likely price that minority investors might be compulsorily bought from is 55kobo. So why do you think the price will go to 70k? Hmmmm. That acquisition matter is making the whole dicey. My experience with Uniondag is what I don't want repeated cry

Have you gotten an official circular from NSe concerning the delisting?
That stock may reach #1 before the official announcement.Shareholders know how to play this game especially at this time of no action.

You're very correct.
That was the order in which the person placed the bid in pre-market.
......but you could also be wrong, or could be right........ most times, insiders have privileged info and they sniff result/ corporate actions before anyone else.

As at now, bids far outweigh offers and someone somewhere is codedly buying @20 or below.........so if it's a strategy to buy cheaper, I think the person has successfully achieve/been achieving his/her aims.

Whatever it is, good or bad, we dey observe them..... smiley

Good morning everyone. This goes out to everyone who wants to buy (or add more) Dangote sugar at this time. While we await the Q3 financial summary, I am struggling to keep my entry target well below the current N18. The offers and the recent price actions on this company's stocks might be signaling something positive about the Q3 earnings (not a fact, and so can be very wrong). Hopefully the opportunity to enter will present itself soon, either way the expected financial report goes.

Thoughts: It is beautiful to see green all over the land, but caution is beneficial to a portfolio at times such as this. We sometimes save when we buy, and while nobody can time the market, FOMO is a common phenomenon in bull seasons.
