The wedding Jesus attended was a purely traditional wedding. There was no other kinda wedding then bro.. just as there is no other kinda wedding now. True. Marriage is simply an agreement of the two partners and their families. Every other ceremonies is just a formalization of the entire process. That's why no right thinking Church can wed a couple without the parents consent. This is done to avoid future problems.

Please what part of your Christianity or Christian teaching according to God or Jesus says you must do a white man's type of wedding after doing the wedding according to your tribe and culture?

I have said it over and over that I won't do white wedding or whatever they call it. .....Traditional marriage is enough for me. If she insist I can invite a pastor over to bless us in the village or we meet him privately in church to bless us. I am not that religious.

The “Church Wedding” itself don't cost much., And that's the main ingredient of the whole “church wedding” stuff..
It's the reception that is costly., And receptions are not necessary.
And that's even the part most ladies (and most people) love to see.

I gave up on that shit called white wedding the day my boss, with no car and living in room & parlor self con, calculated more than #2m as money being spent for his wedding. That couple still lives in a rented apartment and has no car till now, imagine what #2m can do for a family.
