I was once in this kind of situation. In my case we dated for 6 good years, then when it got to settling down, babe started talking about my church as if she didn't know all these while. I thought it was just a delay tactics but it was more than that. Long story cut short, I couldn't let go of everything we have shared so far. Since I know her cycle very well, I targeted her fertile days, spoil her with gifts and got her pregnant. After that I warned her against any attempt on abortion, then I reported myself to her father, it was hell initially then everything calmed down, marriage was the only thing on the table. Now we are good, surprisingly we are even attending my church together once in awhile as she has continued with her church. But I have not been to her church even once. We do joke about the past sometimes, on those times she always accuse me of using deceit to marry her. Few months after marriage, one particular morning, after our morning prayer, she thanked me for doing what I did, claiming she was just confused then. She thanked God I didn't leave her. Though I still pretended I didn't know what she was talking about that I did.

If i were in ur shoe.
And if i truely love the lady and she reciprocates, i will personally compromise and join her in her church.
As far as she is playing her wife roles.
But after a child birth, i may switch back to my own church and tell her to stick to catholic.
I am not a religious person and i will always compromise church over my girl.
So, join her in her church and marry her, after wedding or so, u can stand ur ground again if u so wish and she will succumb to u.
And if she vehemently insist that u both attend Cath against ur wish, start sitting @hom on Sunda

I have had such experience....my own case, she is from Jehovah Witness, i tried everything to make her feel comfortable, even agreed she move with her children when married, but she insisted on me moving in with before we can get married, truth is that....i cant subject myself totally to everything a woman said....

My Brother, I was once in that position. The Girl is a Catholic and I was a Pentecostal. I dated her for 4 years, marriage reach she said I must leave my church and bro I can't afford such luxury. So What if you propose a split. You keep your catholic faith, she keeps hers. When kids come in the picture you split, like they go to church with daddy this week, and follow mom the next. when they grow up they decide where they really want to worship.

This is how I was raised, matter of fact, I preferred mid week services because of the activities in the Anglican Church but Sunday services In Redeemed as a child, and my parents were not too strict about it. (My dad is an Anglican, Mum Pentecostal).

As an adult, I forged my path - went back and forth between both denominations (without losing my faith) but I’m fully Pentecostal now (I still attend Anglican services from time to time).

When I started going to Pentecostal fully, the only thing my dad asked was for me to get married in an Anglican Church, anyway long and short - let your children decide.

I think op and his fiancee should go to their respective churches cos I honestly don't see a problem, or two of you leave your respective churches and hunt for a new one.
