I don't get what is to praise here. I believe big moves are good for young players if they get to work with top managers and train daily with high-quality players. I believe this is the reason Foden and Kimmich matured at a fast rate in their plays and decision-making.

You would have preferred they sit on the bench instead of playing at their developmental stages? How did that turn out for Nwakali and Awoniyi?

So what does your screenshot prove?

And why would Pinnick have signaled out only Osimhen and Nwakali from that sqaud?

The same Pinnick said it a few months ago that he would stop NPFL players from moving to obscure leagues abroad....
Mfon Udoh, one of the league best player just moved to Bangladesh..

They are not going anywhere indeed. Like if Pinnick had a plan for their development. They will stay in his father's house. As if he has right over the players.

Hope you know NFF took over the agencies of our under age players, atleast it would prevent them from being taken advantage of by rogue agents and clubs that is a good innovation

Pinnick and NFF were instrumental in Osimhen's career progression atleast he wasn't bought by Chelsea and sent on endless loans like Omeruo, if previous NFF bodies had done that it would have saved a lot of our player's careers

Bro are you saying NFF were in charge of Osimehn management...did you realized that Osimehn faced similar issue Omeruo faced at Chelsea with Wolfsburg. If not for hardwork,Osimehn would have faded out and his loan moved to Belgium did the magic.

These days, NPFL best players are moving to obscure leagues... Imagine Mfon Udoh moving to Bangladesh! .. somebody that's easily a league legend...

One of the former too scorer (can't remember his name) also moved to Saudi Arabia third division a few months ago...

If Super Eagles lose on Tuesday. I'll suggest that we close this thread temporarily and go face other pressing matters in our individual lives.

With the way we struggle to score. Cape Verde is no longer a walkover.

Cape Verde were never a walkover from the beginning..
They are a team that know how to frustrate the big boys on the continent...

Now that they have a chance of winning the group, they will be extra motivated against us..
Something tells me that their coach already know Rohr's game plan...We need a draw to qualify.. If Rohr set up his team to play for a draw, we are in trouble... They will sit back and hit us on the counter...

Sir,Oiseh already made up his mind on Ikeme as his number one just like Vogts preferred Ejide over Enyeama.

Oliseh lack of managerial ability didn't let us see good rivalry between Carl Ikeme and Vincent Enyeama.
You just said it yourself 'Oliseh lack of managerial ability'. You made it sound as if Enyeama career was going down the drain then Oliseh ignored him because of that.

Haven't said that though

But for preference, Awaziem cuts it for me. Afterall he benched Aina in the last game in his preferred RB position.

Awaziem has good passes, crosses and defends excellently. He has the eyes of an eagle and the ruggedness of a lion
.

Your continuous , consistent and outstanding club performances is what should get you noticed for national team selection
.

Awaziem couldn't cut it at Porto and was an add on for the club relegated to Porto B.

He then gets a move to Nantes in the French league,he was such a Lion and so eagle eyed, nobody, not even PSG could afford him. He then as a reflection of outstanding performance went to the highly esteemed Turkish league with Caykur Rizespor.

After outstanding performances he was rewarded with a move to a top side in La Liga with Leganes unfortunately relegated. Once again he exceeded all expectations and went back to Porto who felt he was too good and sent him to Boavista.

He was so exceptional he has been rewarded with another move back to the esteemed Turkish league with Alanyaspor.

I did Balogun a disservice , by saying the Scottish League is not so competitive. However, this esteemed Turkish league by quite a few here is 9 places below the Scottish League rated no 18 in Europe.

The question is why if he is good he is continuously rewarded with moves to Turkey.

Ebuehi was one of our top 3 performers against Lesotho while Aina was our worst performer against Benin. Ebuehi has always been one of the top performers in each of his matches for the SE

In the last AFCON:

OLA AINA

The 25-year-old and Chelsea Academy product Ola Aina had the highest number of interceptions (15) at the AFCON. He averaged 2.2 tackles, 2.5 interceptions, 5 clearances and 0.5 blocks per game.

These are just raw statistics which are indicative not conclusive. Nonetheless merged with his influence on the games, add to that he did not play all the games he was dropped ( DON'T KNOW WHY) He had the best statistics in the AFCON that really is ASTOUNDING.

Statistics don't lie but people do.

If you add his club performances then it's resoundingly clear who is the best .

LOL very funny so they can be used, abused and discarded by NFF officials looking for the best deal for themselves.

You are making the choice between the DEVIL and the deep blue sea.

It's like which is better getting stopped by Nigeria police at Night or armed robbers, which do you prefer.

Do you trust these NFF men to make favourable deals or they are trying to cash out? Let them make their deals public. Let them show us the clubs they rejected and the ones accepted. Let us know the agents they have chosen and their track history.

Which one is exploited? Was Iheanacho or Isaac Success exploited before Pinnick's arrival?

I am more interested in youth investment. Pinnick enjoyed the fruit of Maigari's labour despite sabotaging the process. Let him show us the national assets he has developed since then.
