Carlo Ancelotti has been sacked 14 times in his career. He’s won more CL titles than SAF, Pep, Mourinho, Del Bosque, Heynckes, Hitzfeld, Arrigo Sacchi, etc.

It’s not about the number of sackings or the amount of jobs, it’s how much of an impactful manager he is. He’s an idol to Klopp, Tuchel, Nagelsmann, etc.

Chelsea wanted him as an interim manager after Lampard was sacked but he turned them down before Chelsea settled for Tuchel.

If you are looking forward to the club finally getting back on track instead of hiring a bunch of yes men like Moyes, Ole, etc, Ragnick is the best man available to guide United back on track.

It looks like we have not hired him to help the team play quality football, but he is hired to be an experienced coach in charge, a pioneer of a new structure, a man to restore hard work and discipline, a partaker of decision making. This was just like the Luiz Van Gaal project. I hope he succeeds. But what we need is a manager who will make our boys play real soccer. Who will teach techniques to the young players.

KDB was so dead that he won PFA player of the season. He must have won it without kicking the ball for City. You just don’t give up when cornered.

Where I am is better than where you are. Let that sink into you. You and I had a similar argument when we bought Pogba. You felt Pogna was Iniesta+Xavi 3.0. But to confirm my initial worry about him, Pogba has struggled ever since. When is he going to win the EPL player of the year?

In case you may know, I also express worry when Moyes was hired. But it was this same thread that people gave their analysis that Moyes was doing well at Everton based on low budget, and in that circumstance it was an okay decision. But soon they turned against Moyes.
