Oh okay. I must have mixed them up. If their application can be paused and they come back for stamping, that will be great
I think they should have this pause option too and not an entire cancellation option

I went to IOM already and I was told I can do the medical with copy if my passport and the Copy given to me when I submitted my application at TLScontact.

But my concern is after I do my medical any moment Ircc might send me passport request so I don’t want any delay when they request for my passport

And apart from that I need to travel, so everything is in tight corner that’s why I just want to have my passport ready
Go to IOM do your Medicals , when you get ppr you have 30 days and trust me before that 30 days , your 40 working days with your Uk fam is complete , it’ll be a win win in the end , you don’t need to withdraw anything at least not for now.

Don’t worry, after your medicals, you won’t get passport request from IRCC immediately. It doesn’t make sense to withdraw your application when you are already at the finish line. Withdrawal process is 15 working days so that will be counter productive.

Thank you

You don’t have to pay anything as long as you vaccinated. Take your vaccination certificate with you that’s all you need

Fully vaccinated or not, he will pay 51k on arrival in Nigeria.

Was coming from South Africa then and I filled the arrival form online which I paid 39,500 but when I arrive I never pay anything again and the 39,500 is for testing for day1 and day 7 to be check for the covid. But if you fully vaccinated you don’t have to pay anything because the money being paid for for you to be tested when you arrive in Nigeria but because if the situation of Nigeria they just get money but never test anyone

Hi guys , I have a very big problem now.
I used an agent for my Canada student visa application and I am processing my UK application myself. At point of filling my visa application I choose "no" for previous visa refusals from other countries since I am still expecting a decision from Canada. Just now the agent is informing me I have been refused Canadian visa and that he's been working on it since and waiting for it to be successful before notifing me . Here I am, already filled No and going for biometrics on Monday. Pls help guys, what can I do ?

You could cancel and reapply again or you could just go along with it. That's the choice you have to make.

Good morning,
Pls this is my first time of posting here. I really need a response on this. I have a sister in the UK who will be sending me an invitation letter and also my husband will be sponsoring my traveling. My question is will I be needing my own statement of account too for the travel process.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by onibokun10(m): 11:42am On Nov 26, 2021
Thanks for your response sir. Pls can i attach a letter along with my application confessing the error?? I know going along with it is disastrous,
pls do think i should use the letter or just cancel , to be on the safest side.

Good work here guys cool

Please I want to ask if there are anything one can be doing now while waiting for decision to be made. My traveling date is almost here and I’m still expecting their mail. Are there things to be done while believing a positive response from them in case the mail drops a day or two to traveling date?

to me, cancelling would be the safest option, not only for now, for for future references. These guys keep records. You'll only lose money, but in the long run it benefits you. However, I don't know much about these visa maneuvers, but if there are other ways you could use to remedy the situation then you should ask people that are experienced in these areas. Like that travel agent, and any others you know.

Please request for the refusal letter from that agent to be sure of what actually happened. Those agents can be funny before you will bw addressing refusal without knowing it was a ban due to misrepresentation from the agent

Try to get your business registered first. Once it's registered, open a bank account in the business name and be doing all business transactions with that account. Out of the 2M you have now, you can transfer 1M into the account of the business as a starter while leaving 1M in your personal account (don't spend it).
Then, you should also begin to pay yourself monthly salary from your business account to your personal account on a particular date (example; every 25th of the month). Also, not less than 200-250k but it shouldn't be ridiculous (for example, your business makes 300k monthly and you pay yourself 250k monthly salary undecided).
Also try to limit your monthly spending too because the ECO may look at your bank statement and calculate that you spend 180k monthly, whereas, you claimed to spend 100k monthly (they try to do this sometimes when they are looking for the smallest reason to deny you).
Also ensure that your account/savings is growing steadily. Try to prove that your business is doing well. The money in your business and savings account should be growing steadily. Make sure that there is no sudden bulk money that enters your account. And if there is bulk money (for example, above 200-300k) you should be able to back up the source. If it's from a business transaction, then you need invoice & receipt to prove it. If its from a sale of car or property, then you need to prove it as well.
Also, you should try to run both your personal and business accounts for the next 1 year before applying. I'm saying 1 year because sometimes, these ECO's will look at your account and can easily predict that you started running the account in the last 6 months (they know these tricks).
I also don't think 2 million is enough...especially if you don't have any other property or investment. It is time to start saving aggressively within the next 1 year. Save as much as you can in the next 6 months and in the 2nd half of the year, try to save steadily without looking suspicious.
It you are married, have children or you have a landed property, that would also be a good backup for your application.
