This isn't rock science at this point!

Babies are not old enough to comprehend the concept of being born-again, so they cannot enter into the Kingdom of God, hence there is no Heaven or Hell for them.

The Bible does not state that we are all born sinners. That suggestion is made in Paul's letter which was written primarily to an audience of Jewish believers.

All gentiles are born dead to the law which defines sin so we cannot be said to have sinned. Instead we are born condemned to die, cursed by the God's judgment in Genesis 3 vs 16 - 22, the condemnation of Sin which is death.

It is only when we then accept Jesus Christ that we are then redeemed from the curse and reborn into eternal life under law - John 3 vs 16 - 18 - the New Covenant Law in the Kingdom of God.

According to Jesus Christ, you have to be born-again in order to gain access to the Kingdom of God where Heaven and Hell await you depending on the gate you enter through- Matthew 7 vs 13 - 14 and Luke 14 vs 25 - 33. Only those who have eternal life(born from spirit) can occupy the Kingdom of God..

Those who do not accept Jesus Christ, continue without eternal life, condemned to perish in the grave - John 3 vs 16 - 18 - just as they were from the beginning - Genesis 3 vs 16 - 22
