FreeStuffsNG:3months ago was in ph, my bro house around adah george. Their estate uses fed line, that should fall under band A... They gave him estimated billings of 12k for may, 20k plus for june, july bill was 50k plus... He is staying a single room self contained. With just a fridge, ceiling fan, plasma TV, go tv n sound system. Because the much billings we needed to fix the AC that was in the house just to consume more power. Thank God he just got a prepaid metre so that avenue of killing him with demonic bills is over. |

Mustiboy:yes just 1 battery...no I don't have any panel connected,I think the capacity is written on the body of the battery...I didn't connect it myself.. I have no knowledge about it but been going fine since I got it...phcn and my generator charges it very well. |

You are doing very well! Just make sure you don't always drain you battery beyond 11v. This will make your battery go beyond 3yrs. You can add 1 more 150w panel to your system, that way you take your daytime electricity enjoyment to the Zenith. |

Nice one but it appears you didn't split your connection right? By this I mean try loading your electronics to run off the solar panel directly during the day and off the battery (this charges during the day) at night when no public supply and sun gone down. This would help preserve your battery life longer. lasthero: |

lasthero Nice. But be careful how you tinker with electricity. Electricity can be very dangerous. Also, be careful how you climb roofs as that is not your job. Always let the professionals do their job. You might think you are saving money but you could be endangering your life |

I have two unit 200Ah batteries being charged by 6 Solar panels (5 unit 220Watts and 1 unit 200Watts). Intend changing the 80Amp PWM controllers to Sunpulse 60Amps MPPT controller and adding 2 200ah additional batteries. Will the solar panels installed be adequate? Installation is a 24V system and inverter 2kVA mopower inverter. |

TheOgaBoss:I already had batteries. But yeah I checked out the current pricing for batteries and I nearly fainted. Just out of curiosity, what do people do with the aged batteries when they offer a buyback option for your old batteries? |

lasthero:Nice job but if you want your battery to last, don't discharge it more than 20% to 30% between recharges. Draining the battery everyday will kill it in no time. |
