This morning... I listen to radio everyday, there is one radio program on brila, hard tackle... I don't like to miss it every week day by 8am and generally you get football update from the fm |

Almost everyday. 9am: People and politics on Magicfm Aba mon-Fri 4pm Thursday: Juo onye lawyer on Magicfm Sometimes, I tune to Nigeriainfo, Wazobia fm portharcourt. I also listen to BBC radio especially on Sunday for English premier league live commentary. |

It is surprising that some people do not listen to the radio regularly. I listen to the radio not only for the music and information, but also to learn how people use languages during interviews, drama, panel discussions, personality profiles, etc. I used to have a timetable for programmes like Reggae Time on Radio Rivers 2, FM by Mavelous Macaulay, drama on IBC( Imo State), 20 Questions, and a Philosophy panel discussion on ABC (Anambra), and all the music Jam sessions on various stations I could receive on my radio. I loved to listen to BBC, Radio France International, Radio Netherlands, etc. In order to increase my reception, I connected my radio antenna to the house zinc roof. Agreed most of the radio stations have been politicized and only sing praises of the person in office, there are those that still offer good programs. Even with TVs and online streaming movies readily available, listening to the radio is very educative as well as entertaining. Make it a habit. |

Though I reside in Ile Ife, I listen mostly to NigeriaInfo 99.3 (Lagos). Morning Cross Fire and League of Extra ordinary Nigerians not to talk of Confession. I do listen to stations here in Osun State (Rave fm, Crown fm) but I deliberately choose the programmes since most of the other presenter have poor command of the English Language. Chinks:The nostalgia when you relocate and would have to forfeit Lagos radio stations to the very boring indigenous ones. I really am a fan of Nigeria info and the then Radio continental. I never missed any Ubanji Direct show by Citizen Jones. I loved Nelly so much until she was unfairly sacked by Nigeria info. I still feel sick whenever I remember her absence on radio. When I briefly relocated to Delta state mehn I wanted to die of boredom. Chai! I would attempt to stream online but nothing was as interesting as my clear, sound signal back in Lagos. I don't joke with Darling FM 107.3 Owerri, I also listen to orient 94.4 Owerri. Very educative stations. The only thing I am against with orient (IBC) is the influence of imo state government over them, they have qualified staff. |

Sport talk my daily routine followed by politics talk, both have become part and parcel of me every blessed morning. But I forbid myself listening to sport whenever United losses a match. Lol I switch to Beat fm straight. It's good to be informed. But most of the things you aired through radio can be read out on your Android phone, thanks to data circulation. |

I make sure I don't miss Lagos radio on Sundays..from HymnSpiration on Max FM 102.3 to Afemai nekhai on Raypower @1pm . Then AA Ogunro Hour of Deliverance @6.30 pm on EkoFM,hymns of Praise on MetroFm 8pm... I also love those weekend BBC live premiereship football commentaries on 91.3, very interesting. Mofe Oyatogun morning daily Mon to Fri is another captivating piece. Then Tiwa Tiwa 107.5 for some yoruba melody Lagos radio is really interesting |

Every day, especially in the morning , faaji fm fm first, follows by brila fm, top radio by 11am, then random stations after that |
