sir from the pic of an okra basin attached below how large do you think a farm land will be in order to produce 200basin of okra, GAP, fertile land, fertiliser, dwarf hybrid seeds, irrigation etc take it all is available.

I for 1 am of the opinion 5plot of a 100by 100 can give it, sire ur opinion is awaited

First of all, this issue of controversial measurements of plots across diff states of federation is funny.
Some places like ogun and Lagos, it's 120ft by 60ft, some states like osun, etc, it's 100 by 50, yours is 100 by 100, the thing no balance at all. Your 5plots of 100 by 100 is 10plots (100by50) in my area.
To your question sir, with all the conditions you stated above, 200baskets for the whole lifetime of the crop is possible from 5plots of 100by100 ( this is almost 2 acre in my side )

Some years ago, I got one n half bag on a plot at the peak harvest, I harvested 2ce a week, this amounted to 3 bag per week. If you work on population n feed them well, u can get more. I sold bag btw 5 to 7k depending on the scarcity(mind u, during glut, it can sell 2k, lol). Check it out in a month if u plant 2,3,..6 plots.
Those months u listed up there, are the periods where only northerners supply markets to the SW, and there type is the long pod which SW don't like, since they don't have options, they buy it like that.

No selective herbicide for okra. You can spray glyphosate or paraquat few days before you plant or you plant then spray same day.

4. Treatments: weeding, pesticides, fertilizing.

Weeding can be done manually or you if your seedlings are up to 4 weeks, you can carefully use contact herbicide but ensure the nozzle of your sprayer is hooded. Some agro chemical stores sell hoods that you can fix on your nozzle. The hood prevents drifting by breeze during spraying.
Pesticides: insects and borers love to hide under the cool canopy of okra leaves. You can spray twice(2nd and 4th weeks) if you notice invasion of pests.
Fertilizing: ensure to fertilize before day 30, cos in improved varieties, flower pods start coming out by day 35. While harvesting starts from day 50.
Do not fertilize too close to the roots region, as it may cause injury to the crop.

Seed not available at the moment maybe in the next 1 to 2 months i should be able to re-stock. The poster above is just a lucky one. That seed has bn paid for by someone few months ago but due to change of environment, he directed me to sell it and get his money refunded.

Which variety is this? I perceive poor drainage pattern. It's like u did not make ridges/plough..
If u are not going for ridging, ensure that ur land is a bit sloppy.

I did not plough and ridge but land is sloppy, this is occurring more in d plants downhill......

Its d local 2.5 month variety, i planted 0.8acre to see how okra farm is and see the potential in dry season when I install drip

Bros why nauh! Why spending huge resources to maintain an okra farm for almost 3months b4 maturity when there are improved varieties with just 45 to 50days maturity everywhere? 0.8acre (roughly an acre)...that one don pass experimenting a beg! The wilting is also partly a function of the variety.
You are planning to burn fuel on top drip for about 5months (3months maturity plus 2 months harvesting) by dry season? ...when you can burn less fuel on top improved varieties for 3months or less. Bros think am well o.
