but on serious note, united cap sent a mail advising I buy, but I'll pass. Not because I don't think it's profitable, but personally, all these South African companies. . .I have issues with them. . .. Bottom line, do due your due diligence and seek professional advice. 2 Likes |

dobnina: You came on too strong. Stock investing or even any other investment is similar to choosing a partner. Same way, you wouldn't want anyone impose a partner on you simply because it is appealing to them or not. @texasux some other questions would have yielded some answers? E.g What is ur opinion on the MTN PO and its long term prospects? Or What do you think MTN true value should be? etc. 13 Likes |

I will go with shops. You spend less in the building, no screeding, no p.o.p, you can use paint of your choise, less sockets, you can use Nigerian cheap tiles, less switches, less lights...this will automatically reduce the quantity and size of wires too, no or few toilet equipments depends on the structure of the market, no kitchen cabinet, no or few pipes, less doors and windows, all the cost listed above will make you save millions. There is low maintenance on shops too as the occupants will fix it most of the time for the security of their goods. Ciao! AngelicBeing: 12 Likes |

Please @all, does anyone know the daily redemption limit on stanbic mmf, and how long does it take to drop.... via the banking hall, not online redemption.. |
Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by mymadam(m): 9:44pm On Dec 14, 2021 |
kristien4: Go to your Stanbic IBTC Asset Management (MMF) online account. The redemption limit is stated there. You can decide to fix your own limit... depending on the 'volume' of your investment. Both for NGN & USD 3 Likes |

Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by freeman67: 11:04pm On Dec 14, 2021 |
kristien4: The time it will take through the hall is lengthier than when done through their mobile app or internet access. Offline shouldn't have limit. The default limit for online redemption is 1M but you can decide to set yours to maximum of 2.5M. 3 Likes |

OgogoroFreak: That sounds like your mantra for the business just to make it appear normal , just like when a thief won go Rob and utter the slogan man pikin must chop but the fact remains that your "brothel" business is breeding and promoting junkies, thieves, prostitutions, child abuse/trafficking, STDs and many more catastrophe to mankind all in the name of let's cash out. Can you imagine your daughter lining up in that dark corridor of a brothel servicing men in turns, if you don't like that then stop that your cancerous business because karma still exist 6 Likes |

Seasons greetings. For those of us holding FGN bonds which have been more attractive than NTBs for quite sometime now and still is, don't forget that January and March 2022 is round the corner. This is a subtle reminder to compound then if expenses allow. Wishing us all a wonderful festive season. skydiver01: 2 Likes |
