Dollar account or Dom AC will not do, you need the card. Get the card and transfer the fund to the card account to make the payment.

If you start early and tick All their boxes, you won't have any issues - but you'll need to be patient

If your IHs fee is above 600k am not sure it will work oh.

I did my biometric (walk in) at TLS Ikeja on the 29th after sleeping at TLS for 4 days. The process is that you go there during the day (morning preferably) to write your name on a list and return at 12am each day (until it gets to your turn to enter TLs center) when the person in charge of the list marks attendance by calling people’s names and strikes off the name of anyone that doesn’t answer present when their name is mentioned. Alternatively, if you are willing to part with 40/50k, you may approach the touts to sell their slot to you….I do not intend to scare you but Tls ikeja is a war zone. I literally watched people that came for walk in exchange blows on different days.
The environment is safe at midnight and there are two popular hotels around (TDH and Presken) you can lodge incase you don’t want to sleep on tables or have a car to sleep in.

What are my limitations in refere to the Airline, transit, and cost.
These are my research and option at hand;
Emirate. (300plus in Naira 27hrs travel time)
Turkish (1200 USD)
Egypt (570 USD with 31hrs travel time)

Egypt and Emirate would be preferred while my firm choice is Emirate because of the travel time.

Any other flight suggestion will be of great help and appreciated.

I think u can also make use of ALAT by wema virtual dollar card.. just download the app and u can do as much as 1m..

So I’m in a dilemma.
On the 17th of December I paid IHS and all booked hotel accommodation on Booking.com and uploaded my documents.

My Sch agent couldn’t get a close date for biometric. finally got January 4th for biometrics.

Now the main issue is with Booking.com.
I booked January 10th date. But with the biometric and 15days standard visa application, I may not meet that date and I have uploaded my documents with that date.

The main issue now is, I got an email this morning from Booking.com that my card will be charged tonight at 11pm.

What do I do?

I have been in this situation where I applied for a visa and the visa didn’t come out on time and I cancelled my booking because I didn’t want to lose my money(refund policy) and 2days later I was refused visa because of that.

Kindly advise what I should do.
I’m really confused right now.

I am not trying to circumvent the rule and will never do that,The person was trying to sort her UK accomodation and some other necessarystuffs about her travel, which made some of the money to leave the account.I understand your point though, this is a public forum and we should be mindful of what we post here, Thanks and Happy new year.

Your result is likely going to come out positive after this inconclusive thingy, it happened to me few weeks back, i just hope you didn’t use Medbury Labs, they’re liars. They ruined my Dubai trip. 2 days after i went to another lab, i tested Negative.

First, contact your airline for their Covid rescheduling/cancelling policy.
As you don't have a positive test 24 hours before flight time, do you want to wait for the results of the second one before cancelling/rescheduling? Will that fall within your airline's cancellation timeframe? When you have gotten the details of your airline's cancellation policy, then it's your decision to make.

You really don’t have to book hotel for a student visa before applying, but what I’ll advise you do is send an email to booking.com requesting a cancellation or rather just block your card, afterall na 1k to do new ATM card �

Omo, just change your flight today, if you wait till the day of your departure, you’re likely going to pay a no-show fee, if by chance it comes out negative you can still work it out for tomorrow, better safe than sorry.
