sorry for the late reply, i was only issued work permit counterfoil oo! i am sending my passport tomorrow to ottawa to collect my visit visa oo, na my money no go waste.lol

Congratulations Sam4774 ....I have a quick question.... Since you got both work permit and visitors visa...which one were you issued at the port of entry??

the school may ask for your mailing address to redirect you but try both of them. anybody wey loseguard jump on am. i done land tey tey, its running around and arranging things that have been stressing me out. plus time difference.

But isn’t visitor visa harder to get. I feel (and I might be wrong) that it had a higher chance of rejection than SOWP.
I applied for SOWP in September and I applied for visitor in December 2021. The visitor got rejected based on home ties for my husband.

I think it might be better to have both applications running just to be safe

Hi guys, please I need advise regarding sowp and biometrics. I submitted my sowp application in December however biometrics i did in 2019 hasnt reflected yet.

In 2019 when the biometrics was done I was yet to change my surname due to marriage, fast forward to 2020 for my sowp application, I used my new name. Is this the reason for delayed biometrics on my recent application?

I raised webform, timeline for feedback is about 28days. Is there an email address to contact them with shorter response time? Please let me know!

but the application itself has date of biometrics and biometrics information..
