Hmm. So how will this be decided? You know, the procedures for refereeing are very detailed.
If you are not shaping to shoot and you are fouled indirect freekick should be given instead of penalties and if a cross is not stopped intentionally, same.

TheGoodJoe:

That is the mystery of tacticians. They just spill everything. They have fun doing it and I think it gives them room to come up with new ideas.

Sometimes I listen to Guardiola and hold my head. He just tells everything. His thought pattern, why he makes changes, his training methods, his ideas to win games.

I will just hold my head, what is wrong with this man?

But, it is his way and I think Eguavoen shares the same mindset. Lots of tacticians do.
So Eguavoen is imitating Guardiola? Is Eguavoen as tactically adept as Pep is? Does our coach have the embarrassment of star player options that the Man City coach has?

This is like a poor man buying expensive clothes with his last card because he saw a rich man buying them. It means nothing to the rich man but to the poor man......

exactly. I kon dey wonder if Ndidi no popular atall. Yeye stats.
I'm not going to take their ratings serious again.
Does Opta Africa exist?
This is ironic seeing as opta is the stat partner of sofascore. All stats on sofascore are from opta.

what matters most this day's is checking if the defender or player's hand is in a natural position or not wink
It's unfortunate penalties have lost its meaning, now teams are allowed a free chance to score because defenders have hands

In a nutshell, if we don't OWN Sudan, a team Guinea Bissau created 5 big chances against and squandered all due to their poor quality in the final third, then I don't know what else we are doing at this Afcon.

Just take a look at Cameroun vs Ethiopia now... 1-1. Under 10mins. Abeg, we don't need that on Saturday. I don't want any excuses.

humility33:
I support what you wrote and when we attack we must be weary of counter from the Sudanese

I noticed they like play long balls for their top 9 the man with dread

So Ekong and whoever pairs him need to be at alert and stay at their position and allow Ndidi press when we attack. Aribo and Nacho should be pushed further and allow to shot... their goal keeper is not too good. More so it will take Sudan by surprise that we don't just attack from the wings only

That match is something we should be able to win with not less than 2 unreplied goals

Cameroon have come for WAR they just need a little bit of composure because they are dominating.

Cameroon is better it's just a matter of time before they get their second goal.

Exactly why I want a few changes to the lineup we put out on Tuesday for our game vs Sudan in order to further cement our tactical dominance and further expand our tactical approaches to opponents.

We have to understand that the team that started on Tuesday was to curtail Salah, turn up the high press on the Egyptian team and see us have possession of the ball enough to create l
In short, honorable doctor, which player changes would you like to see sir?

Ethiopia very brave in this opening half. Using a high-line against movement specialists Ekambi, Aboubakar and Choupo-Moting.

Just realised, only one team has missed more clear-cut chances than Nigeria: Guinea-Bissau.

We'll win Sudan

We just have to play safe in a way at the back not to concede Maduka needs that confidence to go into the Second Round

Tolu, do you think I care? grin Anything to remove Algeria or Ghana or even my guys, Morocco, let it happen please. Eliminate the strongest competitions. Make the coast clear for the Super Eagles. Na wa for you ooo grin

But on a serious note, Ethiopia lacks clinical consistency upfront. They are not lethal. They know how to work their way into your box but have problems finishing. They should be 3-2 or 3-1 up going by what I have seen so far.
Just imagine if they had an Ighalo.... grin

Ndidi was Nigeria's least progressive player against Egypt, shockingly uncomfortable with the ball at feet.

Osimhen trained yesterday. first time since AFCON began. Returns on Monday.

Vincent Aboubakar is stat-padding against Ethiopia.

Cameroun finally putting the less fancied Ethiopians in their place.

This is what I want Iheanacho and Co to do against Sudan!!! NO EXCUSES!!! angry

Me I'm not making any guess (es), just like how I predicted Italy was going to win the Euros before it started, this very AFCON will be contested between Nigeria and Cameroon.

That's the final game of this competition and we'll beat Cameroon.
We will beat Cameroun 2-1
This I have seen
