The more you look.......

We need Legal experts in the house to give legal interpretation ooo

The case still continues. The title was just made to look like that was the final decision.

The court only allowed in a piece of GTB's processes it had earlier disallowed on the wrong belief that it came in late. The main case is still ongoing.

Hope justice doesn't have a price ?

I'm no expert but the Supreme court did not judge the case earlier, it simply dismissed it.

But knowing the country we are, we can understand that money and power have made the judge dance to the tune of the piper.

That said,I believe in any reasonable country, Innoson would have won the case.
Or this case would have been settled out of court with Innoson agreeing on a reasonable amount of pay-off.
But the igbos being as greedy as their culture is, he wanted to own GTB just because of the error that happened.

GTB clearly erred.
But any reasonable person would agree to settle out of court.
No company would want to lose it's existence and investment simply because of the error of a staff.

But Innoson was hellbent on owning the bank for their simple error.
Greed definitely consumes.

While I know and agree that GTB is at fault.
I dont know how much they had to to bribe to settle this case, but I believe Innoson erred by seeing it as an opportunity to own the bank instead of settling out of court.

Now he has lost at the apex court because;

1. He is igbo, and supreme court is under the auspices of the Hausas

2. He has failed to realise that Hausas and Yoruba due to political benefits are more United than Yoruba and Igbo.

3. Innoson is greedy.

Igbos what again is left for in this country called Nigeria! Supreme Court rule against herself because of error but in the case of IMO State the supreme Court said categorically that she can't rule against herself even in face of cut clear error and decit. Supreme Court governor was appointed only to fulfill their mission which is what is playing now in IMO State and by extension south east at large. When KANU shouts of succession, he has many reasons but of course blind eyes will be turned on them. What a country

Supreme Court to Ihedioha: "We acknowledge our errors in our verdict, but you know this is Supreme Court; we cannot reverse our verdict..."

Supreme Court to GTB after verdict since 2019: "We acknowledge certain slips from us. Although you hv to pay Innosson, but we reverse our verdict on the penalty of N2.B+...."

When doing business with IPOB/Igbos/FakeJews open your eyes cool very well, dont sleep....

This was a case of fraud. Innoson forged the signature of the bank to the bill of laden to clear the goods at the port without GTBank's knowledge.

Waoh....this is serious. Somebody should be in prison. And the funny thing here is that the entire potopoto region, the AfghanEastern Nigeria is celebrating this fraud.

Search for the fact of the case on Wikipedia..... I can't but laff off their ambition to rule Nigeria. They will sell it off in quick seconds.

I never trust Umahi's defection, don't trust Kalu, nor any of them. The only one I know that has weaned herself of that fraud traits are the few ones we know... It's almost in the gene.

So the debt is 2.4bn naira, not even dollars and some yeebos were threatening that innoson will take over GTBank.

Truly, large numbers of yeebos are good-for-nothing douchebags. Very senseless and disgusting set of people.

I can remember vividly when the news of innoson triumph broke, I ask a lawyer who worked on the GTbank appeal how Innoson got such a judge and he replied "we filed a motion and our motion mysteriously disappeared from our case file"
It then dawn on me that Innoson is also culpable.
Both parties are trying to outdo each other.

yeah, I know!
They shout Tinubu up and down, afonjas, skull miners, skullers, ewewdu and amala people, hydraulic soup people etc and your people shout baby factory, flattheads, drugs barons, okoros, potopoto republic, empty barren south east ipigs or pigs etc.
The thing there is that, it's applicable to both tribes but it seems that Nairalanders of Igbo extraction are gradually distancing themselves from that tribal rubbish and I can authoritatively tell you that most of the tribal e-warriors are neither Igbos nor Yorubas.
