If you have the money to spend then Centennial college is better . Reasons below;
*After you finish the advance diploma in centennial college and you apply for pgwp , you will get a 3years work permit. But if you go for the program in NSCC you would get just 1 year pgwp.

* more opportunities for IT jobs in Ontario compared to Nova Scotia.

*more pathways for you to apply for your PR
The main disadvantage In choosing centennial college would be cost of study and cost of living , since living in Ontario is more expensive than living in Nova scotia.

Thanks @mrprolifik , I have a bachelors in Computer Science , wont there be a problem with my education progression during visa application if I choose (advance diploma) instead of PGC?

Thanks dear.

My wife and I will be applying no kids yet. So the total cost will be 15,834 TF, + 10KCAD maintenance + 4kcad spouse = funds available for studies?
Yes..
other =14k
It is advisable for accompanying spouse to have strong tie to country of origin not excluding student!

I am married with 3 children. My husband has a registered company in which I am also a director ,but my husband uses his personal account to run the business because he has
Issues with scuml. My parents have a registered private school. The issue is that l don't have a salary account. l was running a coaching center which is not registered.The questions are (1) can my husband use his personal account to sponsor me by linking the fund in it to his company? (2) do l need to also present my statement of account since l don't have much money there

@aOlashile, I also graduated with a 4.16 cgpa and was once in your shoes. Like you know, applying for a government related program (Pol. Sci and Public administration) is very competitive as most schools require a first class degree. I eventually had to switch to a business related program. If you feel you have enough time on your side, you can keep applying. a old time pal just began an MSC in HRM because she was unable to secure admission. Like I don't mean to discourage you but remember time is precious. Opt for a PGC(D) in Pol.sci/ Pad or switch to Biz

Guys, I just discovered a website that allows you compress your files while still maintaining quality. It's simple and straightforward!

On the https://www.hipdf.com/compress-pdf webpage, select the Choose File
After clicking on that option, upload the PDF file that you want to compress.
After dropping the PDF file, the application will ask you to select the compression quality rate of high, medium, and low. Select the quality in which you want to compress.
After that, click on the compress button to compress your uploaded file.
Click the download button to download your file.

Present your husband's personal bank statement, business documents and receipts, contracts. His company account isn't needed.

Present your own statement too.

Good evening all, hope you had a great weekend.

I have a concern. I've been given admission for a one year program in canada. I have the money to sponsor my myself and wife, but a good percentage of the money came from family members as contribution to support my schooling which was deposited in my account barely a month ago. My question is, how do I explain my prove of fund in my LOE so as to stand a chance of been granted a study visa?

Gurus in the house please your inputs would be highly appreciated.

Hello Emilo

Even jf the school requires it(which is not common with Canadian schools(, its not a requirement for study visa application..

Hello Malone

When choosing a course of study,the most important thing to consider is if the proposed course is closely related to your 1st degree or Job description, also if the course will afford you benefits and opportunities In your home country and not if its lucrative or not in Canada.

When you apply for a course with that mindset and you go put it in your SOP that you choosing this particular course because its more lucrative in Canada, then you will be shooting yourself in the leg indirectly, cos the Visa officer expects you come back to your home country to come use what you have learnt from your study in Canada to benefit ot develope your home country...

Peace

no paper route for now just online

Please when applying online, you will still need to fill the various forms in your computer separately, then save and upload to your application documents online?

University of Windsor (M.sc management) if too costly, you can try UCW(MBA) but not well ranked and also check out some colleges that offer 2 years PGC for biz related or govt related program.

Very certain of gaining admission into most management programs but it is very costly. College should be the last resort if it is too universities are too costly for management programs

good day everyone, I submitted my application in October, then in November I uploaded an MBS because my tuition fee was in the fixed deposit. What I don't understand is that I waited so long to get a confirmation message from ircc, I just received it today and classes will be starting in March, I am wondering if a decision will be made before then .

Hello team. Thank you for the work you all do. A colleague's son was turned back at the airport today as he was about to board a flight via KLM to Canada. After going through the first check, he was stopped at the last check before boarding the plane. My colleague is really worried and had to reschedule the trip. Also sent a mail to IRCC. The officer at the last check said she saw something and advised that they contacted the embassy and that the embassy should have notified them. But then they checked the portal and didn't see any notice or issue. They are very concerned and worried. Has anyone else faced such and how was It resolved? My colleague would appreciate suggestions or advise. Thank you all

Hello house, please I am confused. I am trying to submit my study permit via the new portal. I noticed it did not give option to download and submit IMM forms. Also I am travelling with my toddler(3 years old) and even though I indicated that my child will be travelling with me, at the point of payment, the fees are for one person. Am I doing something wrong?

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello Everyone , I gained admission to two schools Centennial College (Software Engineering: Advanced Diploma ) and Nova Scotia Community College (Business Intelligence Analytics:Graduate Certificate) , which school in your experience do you think I should choose in my visa application process?

@justmellow @Frankrobbn1 @Lekibiboe

Please I need some help.
Career Progression wise as a Degree holder the Graduate Certificate is a more better option than an Advanced Diploma

Await the inputs of others
