fergie0o1: This country called Nigeria is finished! Corruption in the highest order everywhere including the Judiciary. I say this with all sense of responsibility. If you want to see or witness corruption, just visit any court in Nigeria, particularly, Ikeja High court. You will see corruption openly and in broad day light. So, I've come to the conclusion that Justice is for the highest bidder in Nigeria. Imagine, I've engaged the services of lawyer to help process a letter Of Administration since April, 2021 and till today it's been one excuse or another after paying the required official processing fees. Nigeria, I open my "bombo" for you! 2 Likes |

LibertyRep: Because they were aware of the fraud perpetrated on the case through the office of the registrar. The office deliberately held on to the bank's submission in order to missile the panel into acting wrongly. |

You are almost there, I'll given u 75%. The average Igbo person is at loggerhead with everybody, including themselves! They just form a 'united front' d moment they cross d Niger bridge and find themselves in foreign lands. That is d reason Biafra cannot work as they'll 'crab' themselves to extinction! Same supreme court that refused to revisit its earlier judgement between uzodinma and Ihedioha? Even when the whole country knew they erred is now preeaching it can reverse itself becuase Buhari and the yorubas in love. Supreme court is now an appendage of the fulani government and they favour those who are slaves to them. Innoson should move on. God has bless him already! 3 Likes 1 Share |

I was expecting to read that punitive had been instituted against the registry office and the erring officer. This is because, it may have been prearranged to give one party an advantage. Also, if the allegations of falsification of documents is correct, then the 2 cases should be treated separately: GTB made to pay their dues worth for wrongful deductions from Innoson account if proven, and innoson made to pay for the fraud perpetrated against GTB. Both parties can then decide to settle out of court if MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) is the case. This may be the angle that GTB is playing at. Finally, there should be no coloration of tribal affiliations to this case as it does not make any sense! Christistruth00: 2 Likes |

obynzo: There is nothing really misleading about the caption. Legally speaking, the court ruled in GTB's favour by admitting its error and granting its prayer to revisit the substantive suit. Nigeria has never been this divided. Everything is seen along ethnic/tribal, religious or political lines. 2 Likes |

DEROX: The question should be if banks can be categorized by tribes, why did he deal with a 'Yoruba' bank? As we chat now people of different tribes are engaged in profitable businesses across the country with little qualms. The moment disagreement(bound to happen in all dealings) sets in we begin to hear tribal sentiments. Hahahahahahaha. Let's hear. 1 Like |

Myer: Are you sure you know about this case? How is innoson greedy? A case that have gone from the high court up to the supreme court and in each of the cases innoson won but gtb refused to settle with innoson. On the issue of owning the bank, innoson was merely emphasasing on how the debt has grown and still growing, and that if care is not taken,it grow to such an amount that gtb won't be able to pay,as a reasonable human, what do you think will happen in such situations. 2 Likes |
