jabolo: Interesting. Good such services are finally out there. Having an independent and robust credit rating system is the bedrock for getting stashed up credit in banks into the real economy at reasonable rates |

ibechris: Inflation and devaluation has made this table outdated. I don't think you can be comfortable with 25M nor even rich. Assuming I have 25M as capital to pursue any biz of my choice. - To return half of dat annually, I would be working tirelessly meaning no comfort at d end of d day. - To return 20 to 30% same as above, maybe a little less work, but still no comfort. - To return 13% passively, it will amount to 270k per month. U won't be living comfortably on that either. My pessimistic views... 4 Likes |

ositadima1: U may be right but in my own case,I return more than 1million in some months. Like last year,I made 13.8 million using 22million capital. But if u chose paper investment,at 13% per annum,270k would be returns per month. In conclusion, the above still remains my reality until further change in the attitude of the people I do business with. 2 Likes |

ibechris: You did well, at 62% of capital, u outperformed most companies listed on d NSE. But, I am almost sure you worked ur ass off. It wasn't easy, u had to put in a lot of ur time in some activities you did rather not. 5 Likes |

If the rates/yields are attractive to you then proceed. If they are not attractive to you, then communicate what is attractive to you since you already bank with them. YESSConsulting: 1 Like |
