Hello everyone, thanks for keeping this thread alive. I just got admission for 2 year diploma information technology and I’m about applying for study permit. I am confused about two things. First what to put in the funds available for my stay, first I have no money in my account I will be using both their bank statement. it’s my mom and my uncle sponsoring me and I’ll be living with my uncle during this period. I don’t know what to put there and it seems I can’t leave it blank. The second one is the part of the form where it says fill in post secondary school. I finished my final exams from oau last year December. My final results aren’t out yet. And I don’t know when it’s going to be released. Should I leave the spot blank My WAEC is since 2013 I hope this doesn’t affect my application. |

bahause: Bro/Sis, use your mother. It's the best, advisably for convincing sponsorship! Convince your Uncle to send all the money to your mum's and be patient enough to build her account for steady 6 months before visa processing. *(your uncle sending the money in gradual to her acct or even using another acct where your uncle will transfer all the money then bit by bit to your mum's) *My brother/sister, is a total wise package o; be wise! I will also advise you wait for your Gcms note sha, as our gurus here used to advise us. We go gather land that Canada ni. Peace! |

I don't think there's much you can do than to follow up with your bank to facilitate the payment on time. If it comes to worst; your invoice will only be treated with the current rate of exchange as at when the money is received/deposited to your school's financial institution. So, it will either be plus or minus issue since the rate is not stable, if it's plus just have it in mind that you will still have a token to balance your tuition fees. Khazirat: 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by mrprolifik: 1:43pm On Jan 18, 2022 |
prospectiveapp: Tuition for 2 years would be $30,000cad . Then feeding and accommodation would be $20,000 for two years. But if your school is in Quebec province your feeding and accommodation would be $22,000cad for 2 years. So adding tuition and feeding you would need to show at least $50,000 for a 2year program if your school is outside Quebec and $52,000 if your school is in the the Quebec province. I made the calculation based on $15000 tuition. I hope that helps. |

Fawaz12345:The refusal was based on diploma level not actually the program... From your post as you can see they did not mention the computer programming... They are not satisfied with the level chosen for this program..because it is highly competitive... It may be hard o satisfiy the grounds that you will return to your country of origin after completing this program on a diploma level for job opportunities.. My suggestion with ssce apply for bachelors degree...on the program You should have motives to study the program or grassroot..
