i just reread the letter. They dnt seem to have any problm with the company nor his employment status as he had stated. They even acknowledged the salary credits are in line with the stated amounts and all.
It wasn't mentioned. I know why I asked the question. Switch900, please do the needful to the question, thank you.

@cutebear, I have another account for savings o opened the account Simply because I’m using my personal account to receive my salary then,so because of my plans I decided to open a new account for my traveling of which I stated above that I have account I use for my tailoring.
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by cutebear: 11:57am On Jan 26, 2022
Separate both accounts. Make sure your tailoring business account is in your business name. Make sure your business account can be fount on the CAC website and ensure that the status is showing Active.
Also submit a 6 months statement.
Don't rush to reapply. You need to strategize and keep your application as clean and simple as possible.

Go and open a business account, keep receipts & invoices of payments etc. ECOs will not answer all this explanation

Congrats. My biometrics was Nov 26. I'm yet to get my visa. I'm really afraid something is wrong.

your cousin could have attached financial statements to back up if he says he will be sponsoring your upkeep in the uk. Because the Visa officer clearly said that ur money will not be enough for all these including pre and post covid tests, self isolation for 10 days etc.
Are you married? Do you have children? Did you attach any evidence to prove your relationship to your cousin? Did you attach itinerary of what you will be doin in the Uk for the duration of the trip?

you get COS when a company applies for you after giving you a job offer with sponsorship.

You're an adult who earns 300k monthly. This is above the average Nigerian salary. So why in the world is your cousin sponsoring your trip?? Even if your cousin adds his account statement, this is a red flag. Your story is just strange bro. I'm not an ECO and I'm not even convinced by your story & profile undecided

Is he suppose to pay for rent and buy food in his cousin’s house?

Officially and not-officially yes!
couples share bills. I mean you will legitly see husband pick his groceries and wife picks hers, and pay differently. unless the cousin had stated to cover such expenses, the ECO does no wrong in assuming that he/she may not be getting such hosting(food) during his/her visit. But @curebear tried to be very detailed even by saying when the applicant goes for a walk.

You guys are not being realistic. I've explained everything that needs to be explained. You don't know that these ECOs think far and wide. If you are serious about getting the visa, start reading from at least page 400 of this page so that you can learn from people's mistakes.
Instead of learning from several refusals, why not learn from people's stories on this thread.

@Switch900 you are single and you claim to earn 300k on a monthly basis. Your account balance should be healthy and you should be able to FULLY sponsor yourself for a trip to the UK since you earn very much above the average Nigerian. Also, don't even try to claim that you plan on just sitting down in your cousin's house in the Uk because it sounds unrealistic.

Just a general delay. Did biometrics on 24th November, I haven’t received any mail so i went to tls to check, joined the collection queue, so they checked and told me it wasn’t ready. I should go and wait for their mail.

Hi everyone been ff for a while and the advice here is priceless .
So sorry this might be a bit long
I am a bit confused about something and need a bit of advice pls, My mum is applying for a 2yr visa and has her biometrics 2mao ,she currently earns about 350k per month , after printing her statement starting august , opening balance was about 800k which is obviously above her salary (a combination of some money left from July and a gift ) the statement doesn’t show the deposit as it was done in July but it shows that most of the money was spent and regular sal paid in as usual afterwards, I am concerned they might question why she had an opening balance higher than her sal. Do you advice we keep it as it is or submit a 5months statement to keep it clean.

PS: her trip is not being funded from her sal, it will be funded from her savings paid into the account which has documents to back it up.

The father should apply for the EU citizenship he holds for the child.Children are granted automatic citizenship from their parents.
Which EU nationality does the father hold? The UK expects the child to hold the father’s nationality too.if he was truly his child.
His is holding a Belgium passport, and has been living in Uk since 2008. He married the lady who already has a child b4. They both applied but the child was refused and the wife granted.

Go for DNA since they asked for it. Make sure you follow the home office dna sample collection rules.
Thanks. I appreciate. But, is there any specific lab for it there in Nigeria or it can be done anywhere.
