If we assume the complex had 500 shops, then each shop will have to return a profit of 196k annually to reach this figure. When you factor in the running and maintenance cost of the complex, tax and many other things, you'll probably realise how difficult it is for each shop to return 196k profit (NOT REVENUE) yearly.

So, it's not daylight robbery, if you closely look at it and do your own rough estimation. Also consider the current economic realities in Nigeria.

I don't think Ogun state and Abia state have actually enjoyed the benefits of democracy. They always elect the worst people! This current one( ogun state) is better compared to the past ones, but still need to do better.

How ogun state is close to Lagos and they have alot of factories and companies and yet once you pass Lagos boundaries, you can just tell you are in Ogun state in a few seconds. Security is zero, roads are very bad, lights nko...zero!

I can only speak about the governor of Ondo state and if I should rate his performance I would say 35/100 if not for security, it would have been 0/100

Anambra has the best road networks in igboland. Obiano didn't just built airport he built international conference centre, stadium, flyovers, bridges, roads, hospitals, schools, etc

Makinde did nothing on lautech boy but Oyo & Osun parted ways on Lautech ownership whereby Oyo take over the University and Lautceh take over teaching hospital in Oshogbo so it's win win for both state. Mind you, Lautech teaching hospital is brain work of Akala which he started and completed in Ogbomosho. The sole aim of Akala back then was to negotiate with Osun state that they should take over Lautech Teaching Hospital in Oshogbo while Oyo take over Lautech University, he's of the opinion that the school will not be complete without teaching hospital and that's why he constructed the teaching hospital.

Because he got the biggest allocation . Many of his projects (roads and buildings) are substandard and have almost collapsed. I like him a lot, he was a jolly good fellow but with limited financial and administrative skills.
