Freewill is the power to make decisions or choose what u want without being forced. Adam and Eve had the freewill to choose what they wanted to eat but they chose the forbidden fruit rather. Eve compelled Adam to eat. If they had eaten from the tree of life, humans would have lived forever on earth. There wouldn't have been suffering, sickness, hunger, hardship and death but reverse became the case after eve ate it and gave to Adam.

If they had not eaten the forbidden fruit and ate the tree of life, humans would have lived happily on earth forever and God wouldn't have punished Adam and Eve if they peradventure do anything wrong because they didn't eat the forbidden fruit. Whatever they do wrong would be assumed that they were ignorant.
