You can either get a house in Manchester or surrounding towns like Bolton, Salford, Wigan, Oldham etc

Your child can start nursery now but won't be able to start reception until September 2023. You can apply for your son to join the nursery of a local primary school now.

Hello guys, i am relocating to the Uk. Precisely to Manchester( that is where my office would be)

Are there any surrounding neighborhood you can advise i check out for accommodation for a family of 3?

Secondly my child is 3 years old and would be four by December. Would she be able yo start elementary school.

Thanks for your response. I am still doing my research.

Please when applying for jobs in my field (HR), Is it necessary to include the support work and retail roles I have done so far or should I just focus on my Previous HR roles in Nigeria. Dont want my Cv to look clumsy.

Focus on your Previous roles in HR. Also you can get a job as a Volunteer HR personnel to boost your advantage of getting a job in HR over here. It really helps.

There is a portal created for parents for information and payment like this.

Lol, okay that’s great. Thanks so much for the info. The 2 pounds 50 per day do you drop it as school each day you drop them off. Or is it something you can pay for in bulk ?

Hello people,
I just gave birth to a baby boy and I’ve been looking for where to get him circumcised but I’ve not had any luck. I’m in Essex and I don’t mind going to London for it.
Please who has any pointers ( i prefer jewish doctors)

Thank you

You will need employment references so if this will be from the support/retail roles, you'd have to include them.

Someone else has suggested the volunteering thing but I really dont know how to go about it. I have searched online but the closest I have seen is part time roles. Will appreciate any suggestion please.

Applying for a part-time job at NHS hoping and praying you get the job only for them to say they need someone who can work 12hours a day just because is student visa. Almost a month in middlesbrough still no job.

You can get a job as a locum staff and do the portfolio on the side at ur free time. You will need an examiner to mark it for you or better still, apply for a trainee post

You can try Middleton, Ashton, Rochdale or Leigh, all of them have direct buses or trams to Manchester city center.

Your child can only access 15hours/week funding for now and then start reception class in January 2023 when he/she is 4.

Reception is from the next September after the child turns 4. So a child born on 1st September will be 5 before starting reception while a child born on 31st August will start exactly when he/she is 4 year old as the cut off date is August 31st.

Please as this happen to anyone before, and what is the solution.. i purchase 500 pounds twice from someone making £1,000 and i paid the naira equivalent into the person account, the pounds was Transferred to my revolut account which I have been using for transactions for some time.

To my surprise my revolut account was blocked from doing transactions, although I have about £200 left in the account

It could be a random security check where ur account will be on hold and they ask for further information to clarify where the money is from and for what purpose. It could also be that it has been picked up as fraudulent transaction. Any which way you need to get in touch with them to challenge them

Its possible the £1000 you were credited with was proceeds of crime/fraud. If the money was obtained via criminal means (e.g. romance fraud or BEC) , you may have unknowingly helped this person launder money. This is one of the risks involved with exchanging pounds for naira especially when you do not know the person you are buying from and neither are you 100percent certain the source of their money is genuine.

Contact revolut and see what they say. I don't expect them to provide you with any concrete information but be prepared as they might ask you questions relating to the transactions.

Best case scenario, they remove the restriction on the account and/or they close the account. Worse case scenario, it might end up as police case and/or you are reported by the bank to CIFAS as a perpetrator of fraud.

I'm the person that complained about the flies earlier and I'm beginning to think my neighbour is either dead or travelled on holidays with something rotten in the apartment. cos last weekend it just occurred to me I don't see any lights on, through his/her window + loads of those house fly around his window. I just moved to the apartment, so I don't know who stays next to mine only info I have is that the apartment belongs to my Landlord's brother cc @phyl123 .

My mind went to this post when this came up in the news ....because flies is not normal for winter
