If You Don’t Pay Tithe, You Are A Criminal. Your Offence Is Punishable - Clergyman David Ibiyeomie

The Senior Pastor of Salvation Ministry, David Ibiyeomie, has described the failure of Christians to pay tithes as criminal, noting that it is compulsory to pay tithe, IgbereTV reports..

The Cleric described those who fail to remit their tithes, (10 per cent of all their incomes) to churches as criminals, stressing that the offense is punishable.

The clergyman said this while preaching in his church on Sunday, February 20. According to the clergyman, some Christians have suffered the near success syndrome (failure at the edge of breakthrough) because of their reluctance to pay tithes.

Speaking to his congregation, he said;

“Tax is the government’s share, so you don’t say I want to give the government my tax, you say you want to pay tax, that is how tithe is God’s own. Leviticus 27:30. God is the owner of the tithe. So, what do you do?

You pay, it’s only in Nigeria you don’t pay tax and they can leave you, in the Western world it is a big criminal offence, if you don’t pay tithe, you are a criminal, your offence is punishable, tithe is simply one-tenth of your income, 10 per cent of your income goes to God.

Near success syndrome will not happen. If you’re experiencing near success syndrome don’t go for deliverance, you’re not a tither. Anything that I do, when it is close to manifestation, the thing will just go off, you’re not a faithful tither.

Many deliverance ministries, they just go for deliverance, this is the problem, they don’t pay tithe faithfully. Yet, they will say anything I want to do, when it is about to click it will just go off.

It is near success syndrome. Correct it from tithing, don’t correct it from seven days deliverance. Hear this, tithe must be paid first otherwise the curse will remain.''

So says the business man who amasses worldly riches in the name of God.He wants to make sure his gullible foolish church members continue to remain in his web.
The only New Generation church I can trust and vouch for is OPM( Omega Power Ministries) headed by Apostle Gift Chinyere Chibuzo, with the headquarters in Port Harcourt.
This man of God is one like no other.His church operates 15 free schools, free hospitals, free vocational training and skill acquisition programmes, free restaurants. He constantly rehabilitates criminals, harlots,and even trains people overseas.
Mind you,his church auditorium is not an edifice like those of these pastorpreneurs.The sides are open and the only part that is walled is the altar area.
Just like that of Deeper Life Church Headquarters, another church I trust.

they dont spend money in heaven, money is only meant to be spent on earth, and the tithe u gave in church is what they use to pay the pastors food allowance & also use to beautify the church of GOD, let ur understanding be clear.

Tithe is a big scam, Jesus Christ preached love and apostle Paul emphasized on charity. Tithe only survived in the old testaments, the new testament we are living in would rather have you help the needy around you.

Does God ask you for your tithes? When you read the bible you should have in mind that there is something called direct recipients before you ask yourself what does God want you to know. If you are referring to Old Testament tithes provisions, I bet it, you can't survive paying what it requires. Snap out of it, you are not a jew. The early church giving was a collection to redistribute wealth especially among poor believers. It was not even tithes it was as they could. Barnabas sold his land, Ananias and his wife too, but they lost it by pretending to do what was right.

These pastors have made running of church organisations complex and hence every means to hoodwink members to fund the complexities and their bogus lifestyles.

Your pastor will never quote from the new testament regarding tithes but will be quick to quote Malachi.
