Danjikanbauchi:Abba Kyari's brother or even Abba Kyari himself should be treated with same opinion I insisted on this case. If he possessed his wealth LEGITIMATELY then he should be set free to continue with his life. If investigated and found guilty of acquiring illegitimate wealth, I recommend he should be arrested and charged to court to face the wrath of law. My judgment is not sentimental or bias 9 Likes 2 Shares |

Mooh247: Yes, that is a standard practice anywhere in the world but the boy's kit a and kin will nor like that. They are never comfortable with orderliness. Rather they would prefer wuru wuru way of doing things. meth "tokers" and wuru wuru business is like five and six. Let the "young man" provide his source of income - that is not too much to ask in Nigeria of today. 2 Likes |

As long as he is above 18 years in age, the police has no business about what kind of car he drives, unless officially have reasons to investigate. 1 Like 1 Share |

Yankee101: How difficult is it to prove this before the law? He was only asked to provide evidence of legitimate employment and lawful earnings. Instead he ran to social media to cry foul. Let’s mind who and what we support. I am here trying to picture what the next generation looks like. Unimaginable! 7 Likes |

Mooh247: Most of them think the nonsense that goes on here is tolerated abroad. Living big without any visible legitimate economic means will certainly raise the eyebrow of law enforcement. In developed countries, a car dealer can tip off law enforcement when you appear suspicious and fill in implausible work information on sales documents. Here if you ask questions, criminally-minded miscreants would charge at you for being too probing. Very sick set! 7 Likes 1 Share |

What i was taught is that 'He who alleges must prove'. It is not for the boy to prove that he should have money at his age, it is for his accusers to present evidence that his money was ill-gotten, then the burden of proof shifts to the guy to explain his source, etc. It is never the other way round. This is why everyone has a constitutional right to keep quiet against any allegation. The law says it is the person who will lose if no evidence is adduced that should proffer evidence. Police will always stand the law on its head. 1 Like |
