Sadly yes we have. And PDP will still pull a fast one on us, because if the PDP wants to clinch the presidency, definitely they'll zone it to the North, Atiku in mind. Politics is not about threats, Ohanaeze is just goofing when it comes to National politics, issuing threats is not the way. The North and the South West knows how to manipulate the political structure to favour them, while the East is still playing politics of bitterness.

I have seen the game the northerners are playing with the southwesterners and if nothing smart is done by PDP, I see the duo of the northerners and Southerners succeeding in Fielding Jagaban as the utmost choice and u know what that means. PDP should discard zoning and root for a core northerner who would give APC a run for their money and power. Southeasterners can wait for now cos with the handwriting on the wall, any party that zones its presidency to southeast is not likely to make headway. I just submitted as someone from a political background.

Even though this is Tinubu's newspaper but if that's true then all PDP needs to do to win the presidential election is to bring in a popular northerner and pair him with a South easterner as vice, and they'd capture the entire North and South south and southeast. Politics is about strategy. If APC really wants to stand a chance in the presidential election by fielding a southwesterner, then they should field a candidate like Osibanjo who has national appeal even amongst south south and southeast. Fielding Tinubu will be akin to shooting themselves in the foot. All the same, you can't trust a newspaper run by someone who's desperately seeking the office. He'd use every propaganda to front himself and gain support.
