I am looking at the issue entirely, USA is better than Russia, yes, I agree with you, Russia didn't steal from Libya, did not steal from Mid-eastern countries, Russia didn't come to Africa in guise of democracy to cart away resources, Russia didn't come to watch how Nigeria conduct their elections, to steal million of dollars from her leaders.

Russia didn't help Africa leaders to lauder their stolen national wealth in their country, can you be richer than a thief that can not be bring to ransom?
