Medianna: Lol! Africans always attach the spiritual to mundane physical things. 50 years ago our grand parents would have called us witches for being able to talk to someone in faraway countries while seeing their faces on our phones. 5 Likes |

Mehn! I dey experience this thing not knowing what it is. Sometimes, I'll wake up not able to move, other times I'll felt being awakened, feeling something tied to me while I wrestle to free myself. In the process I'll feel myself shouting but felt my breath giving out. This is a very horrifying experience to have. 1 Like |

2 things Could be natural, just as it can be spiritual If you sleep with your back, you're prone to experiencing it - natural There are girls that can tell you they will "visit you tonight", and trust me, you'll see the paralysis that very night, no matter how you sleep |

Learn more about it online. The biggest problem I had with my episodes was the fear that I wouldn't wake up and I'll be stuck conscious but immobile forever. Later I learned to just wait rather than push. The harder I struggled the more I panicked, so I just learned to keep myself calm by counting the seconds in my head. Sometimes it took about 30 seconds before my body finally caught up, other times it went on for a minute and half. I kind of miss it now, but i also definitely don't want it back 1 Like |

Medianna: Exactly my thought. I’ve experienced it before, and it was a burden till after anointing and prayer. It also manifested after I played a particular demonic game. No matter how much the world tries to cover it, the spirit world is real. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Yes Many times. I fought my way through it. The truth is always let your spirit man be sharp. Abstain from anything that bring your spirit to low vibration. . . That way you can snap outer of it quickly. If you a believer like me you call for Jesus help or as a Muslim Islam proper way for it. Sleep paralysis is more spiritual than physical. Don't let scientist and people forming stupid woke tell you otherwise Adewale1603: I pray not but next time you experience something similar to that. Don't wait until the breeze stop. If you see that you fought hard and still couldn't move or talk simply just say Jesus. Immediately you will snap out of it. That works for me 6 Likes

That thing is an evil occurrence, I use to experience it before until I used to put something from my ancient Fathers under my pillow then it stopped since then. That thing is evil, you shout but your voice don't come out, you try to stand up but no way while the sleep keeps closing your eyes and you feel your breathe going away. It's a terrible experience, it's not normal. It's evil attack I believe 5 Likes |

Yeap. I can remember a scenario vividly, my eyes were wide open and my whole body was numb and it felt like something was on my chest, even my mouth wasn’t able to open. It all happened within a few seconds but it seemed like it was more than that. I was terrified I wouldn’t lie. The next time I had such, I wasn’t as terrified as the first, but it was still scary, this was even after I read about sleep paralysis. Ever since I’ve not had it again. |

helinues: You are simply a tool in the hand of evil spirits. They delight in oppression, pain, fear and destruction. It's like playing pranks or scaring the living daylights out of someone. Some people see it as fun/entertainment. It's a similar thing the evil spirits do with you when they want. You know that devilish feeling you have knowing that you own/tied someone or something and can do anything with it when you like? Sure you do, he lives in you. Maybe it has other extra implications i don't know. But what i know is no devil in hell or earth can even think of trying it on me. Them no dey find am funny with me. 1 Like |

Those of Una weh don turn sucker for science or adopt science as new religion. Una well done. I know say no be everything be winch. But can we just agree say some or not all things can be rational explained. You say its sleep paralysis. Fair enough. that will imply I "can't move" in a semi consciousness state. All by myself. But what about the silent figure or human like person that always enter the room while I can't move... pin down in a helpless state while he press the living day out of me and am silently yelling Jesus!. . Can anyone explain? Or all of Una go just pretend like the guy no join the conversation. What about the guy? Can men of science explain. 3 Likes |

Omo, every night in my boarding school, this boy after muttering some words I barely hear, will ooen the iron gate and stagger out, spend some ten minutes outside and come back again still muttering and staggering. At first, I thought he do go out to urinate. But hell no, I was wrong. This continued till towards the end of the term, until I decided to unravel the mystery. On this particular night, the storm and lightning was fierce that I thought it will be the end of the world. He kept on muttering "I'm coming, I'm coming". Immediately he woke up, the door flung open. My heart skipped ten beats, my lips quivered as I said "Hail mary" in silence. Finally, I got the courage, it's the wind, my mind said. He kept walking till he took the no man's land The cemetery? For what? I kept following, knowing I'd be a hero at my discovery. The fierce lightening again, and I saw the devil as I called it. I slumped, and David charged at me, his eyes completely white and lips dripping with blood. His teeth came in contact with the silver rosary on my neck, he fell down on me and shouted noooooooo, don't take me! Now, bright touchlights flashed from every corner, and David whose clothes has been ripped off by some unknown force was on me after being neutralised by my silver rosary. Kenny! The voices echoed..... I rose immediately, it's not what you think! He was attacked by evil spirits. I don't want to say what happened afterwards and how we freed David from Belzibub's grip. |

Scientist call it “sleep paralysis” but for Christians it’s “Spiritual Warfare”(read Ephesians 6:12). Mentally, you are wide awake speaking from experience but you’re unable to move your body or even speak intelligible words outwardly except through your mind. The whole body feels as though it’s unable to move as though gravity itself has been multiplied a thousand times while something is restraining you from even speaking. When you’re restless, or start having this feeling of uncomfortable, I promise you this is not normal and you’re not dreaming. there are negative forces within and you need to pray. Prayer is the way out. Once the attack comes , try to mumble the blood of “Jesus Christ” in your mind because you can’t speak outwardly and you’ll be free( speaking from experience). Only the name of Jesus Christ scare those demons away. It’s always advisable to sleep sideways.the immediate solution every attack as it’s happening, the only way out is prayer in Jesus Christ name. Even a silent prayer from your mind will stop the attack. Plead the blood of Jesus over your household, your bedroom. “2nd Corinthians 10:4” 1 Like
