Most of the time it ends in tears because of some reasons which are, the rider may abscond with the ride, he may got himself involved in an accident even in his first month, Trust me the lifespan of a keke will never remain the same after an accident.

Businesses are all about risk but some are more riskier than the other.

From my own practical experiences, I've ventured into this Maruwa business of a thing on two different occasions. No problem. Don't make the mistake of buying the Keke first before you and your rider negotiate.
Reason is that if you buy the Keke down, register it or not, if you are to give out the Keke for 100 naira the rider might say he will pay 80 naira, reason is that he knows since you have buy the Keke you cannot return it.
Secondly, some rider will prefer different type or brand, so all this will make you be at the rider mercy.

So what I will advise you to do, look for any rider seriously in need of Keke, talk to him first, if you buy Keke 100 naira he will pay 130 naira, after this, ask for his preferred brand or maker, tell him to arrange his 2 guarantors, he should let you know if he has a park he's register to OR he will register new with a park, so all this is very important.
After this agreement then buy the Keke, register it, give him copy of the particular and you keep the original paper.

Why not use that money and invest in agriculture,keke napep on hire purchase is very risky, unless u trust the person u want to hire it to,besides people driving this keke are complaing of too much expenditure,buy fuel,agbero colet land money,ticket and keke do get fault..i pray you see ur gain sha

Even if you buy the Keke for 1.04 million and you agree on him paying you 2 million naira in two years, in that two years what will be the value for that 2 million compared to your 1.04 million today. (That’s if he is truthful, no expenses and no troubles). This business will end in tears, I suggest bolt or another thing.
