Look at their geographical sizes na. In a nuclear war, Germany and Canada wouldn't last a day because they don't even have the weapons talk more of second strike capability. As for UK and France, they will do some damage but their lands are dense unlike Russia which is the largest country on earth with multiple times more warheads than England and France combined
