I am happy to inform you that everyone that followed the enforcement team has been released and also we have swiftly moved to Abuja to continue our licence regularization and registration. Meanwhile, I wish to also inform you that the action was illegal and definetely it will definetely be put to nullity. I want to assure you all that Victoria Ascerta. Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by sonofElElyon: 4:30pm On Mar 15, 2022 |
emmanuelewumi: Your point is understood but again the truth is that sec is not favourably disposed to high yield investment.. you only need to read sec"s statement concerning them. no one has proven their business model is unsustainable... no one has proven its a ponzi scheme. They have laid open their business for sec's scrutiny... even you cant say with certainty that they are ponzi.. only that their roi is "scaringly high".. but how many of us actually know how much these ones are offering.. or indeed anything about them? The fact that they are bold enough to seek sec registration should count for something.. they should be objectively assessed.. instead of being lumped with the bad apples 5 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: Well... sec should objectively assess each case (application) like i said.. not generalise... i don't think it's all sustainable ventures that the banks grant loans.. each case should be treated by sec on individual merits.. case by case basis |

You can get the actual amount by dividing their total payout($40million) by their total outstanding shares(24.59 billion shares) Trust me if Eti (a share of 11naira was paying 66naira dividend it wont remain at the current price(sub 12) weeks after announcement. 3 Likes |
