You mean well, however not everything. For instance, you can't get a public office outside marriage. There are some things that society would deny you of if you're not married.
That's why you see some guys getting married, not because they want to, but because they need it in order to achieve some of their goals.

A woman who doesn't wish to marry renders Betas powerless. They have zero chances with her. Because what they hope to give her in exchange for sex (lifelong commitment, lifelong financial support) the woman doesn't want. It's why Betas populate religions and other moral movements which promotes monogamy and marriage. Now this is not me taking a swipe at religion.
