Have you done the usual change of name, affidavit, newspaper thing? Get all your docs intact and you good to go. And also, get supporting evidence to show strong n subsisting relationship with your partner i.e. Pics, chats, receipts etc

One even tell me say I de keep am waiting for not replying within the hr, say i de rude, me way de class de pretend say the grammar lecturer de speak no de gimme headache. I think it is programme specific, so do your due diligence. How much deposit were you asked to pay? I was asked to pay just 1000 and that's where I got suspicious. So check again thoroughly.

I find that confusing sometimes. I got a conditional offer for masters.

Any study after first degree is postgraduate, so yes master's is postgraduate

Pls i need your advise as I’m frustrated I submitted my student visa application on 5th of January 2022 and i got a nsf email requesting for employ reference which has been sent and ever since i keep getting nsf emails with no reason. Sch has resumed since 24 of January and here i am in 22nd of march with nothng coming forth.. i have paid to access the ukvi support team only to get an email of suspension of service hy the escalation team because of ukraine war.. i need hel pls I’m loosing it

Pardon the confusion. Must here is relative - it was used to convey the importance of the situation. I should have typed "should ideally" since this is advisory.

The dependant won't have access to "free" (subsidised) NHS services since IHS is not paid for visas that are 6 months or less. What if something happens and your dependant needs healthcare? The bill might be crippling and end up being more than the yearly IHS.

Also, coming too close to when the main applicant puts in an application for the graduate visa might raise flags as to the timing. You need to have lived together for some time before the application - this shows genuineness and doesn't come across as arranged. Coming few weeks to the visa end date might raise some doubts around being genuinely married except there are genuine reasons for this.

If you plan to arrive less than 6 months to the end of the main applicant's visa and for some reason, UKVI delays your application or other circumstances beyond your control happen, it means that you might not arrive before your partner has to put in an application for the graduate visa which may see you living without your partner for the better part of 2 years, in the absence of a work visa. If you're not in the UK as a dependant prior to the application, you won't be able to apply as a dependant.

Some HRs also don't have a strong grip of immigration rules and it might be difficult to get a job (if you want one as a dependant) because 1. You don't have a BRP (even with BRP, some of them still errorneously delay employment checks because it's not a situation that they are used to and 2. The short duration on the visa might deter some employers (the ones who will employ you will do so irrespective of the hurdles).

So to avoid stress and plenty "explanations" or last minute issues, better to join earlier.

Please note that each application is different and is subject to the ECO's discretion.

Congrats. Please also guide HND and Third class holders on how to gain admission directly to motivate them. They keep on messaging me but I no longer reply because it appears they don't want to put in the simplest of work which is:

The way things are, I don’t think any bank can pay under one week.

All banks are complaining that CBN is no longer allocating much funds. But I think smaller banks are still able to process Form A within two weeks.

I did mine with Keystone and it took three weeks.

3rd week here.. Still, nothing yet

Send a message to your school International team. They should be able to help

When application was submitted by my agent i got acknowledged mails, then later i got my conditional offer ( which i have fulfilled) but since then i haven't heard from the school. So i contact my agent and she said not yet.... So if there's any info or advice update me please..... Thanks!
