It is sad that an underdeveloped country like North Korea with 60% of its citizens living in abject poverty can spend the little money it has on a very few nuclear warheads that their launch bases can be taken out from US military bases in South korea and Japan. The worst part is even the fact that the president is coming out to boast that they can confront US. Biden should just ignore Kim as he's just seeking attention
