It is sad that an underdeveloped country like North Korea with 60% of its citizens living in abject poverty can spend the little money it has on a very few nuclear warheads that their launch bases can be taken out from US military bases in South korea and Japan. The worst part is even the fact that the president is coming out to boast that they can confront US. Biden should just ignore Kim as he's just seeking attention

It's normal for them to boast considering they have being under sanctions all their lives and isolated from the rest of the world. It's a win for them to archive this feat against all odds.
