How many times do you make the same mistakes? That's the first thing to ask yourself. If you keep committing the same errors despite corrections then know that you will be shouted at. Though some workers prefer being fired without shouting

Before I became my own boss, I used to walk out on them when they start shouting or talking rudely to me. Sometimes I shout back. Kpata kpata na sack.

Then I was still young and staying with my parents. So I damned the consequences. Even the last one, I was already staying alone but I picked up my bag and walked out on the director as she was shouting.
It was after that I prayed that I was never going to work for anyone again. That God should establish me. God answered and today, I don't face such. The highest would be to dialog with a school director and resolve it amicably.

Please I discovered long ago that I am very temperamental and don't like being shouted on especially when I know I am in the right.

I usually flare up at my boss for shouting on me and this doesn't seem right although it is true bosses shouldn't shout at their employees.

Hmmm ...at first I do argue my case politely, trying to explain my own side of the whole issue...many times he knows he is wrong but he won't admit it based on the fact that he is the boss... latter on I realized there is no point in arguing with an unrepentant, arrogant, egotistic and rude boss.. until one day I pulled a shocker, left without looking back. He was shocked cause he didn't see it coming. Mind you, this is a man who derives joy in firing his staff, so for me to resigned was a shocker and a slap on his face!...He tried all he could to make me come back but my mind was made up ...I just can't take that shit anymore!. .

Don't always blame the bosses and forget the employees...

Nigerian employees are hard to work with...

Forecasting has always been the heart of meteorology, but unfortunately Weather forecasting is not selling in Nigeria. I graduated since 2018 ever since then I've been searching for a good Job to help fund for a system to learn an IT skill all to no avail. I was a geography teacher in a secondary school back in 2020 of which I was payed 15k as salary it was not enough, I had to move away from my confort zone to search for job, later got a job offer at Nasco foods Jos, thought the job will be a great deal but is hand to mouth, I recently came for an interview here in Ibadan they said they will get back to me so I decided to stay and look for a good job before going back to Jos please anyone has a job offer me will be highly appreciated am a fast learner, I can clean, I can teach geography and other science subjects.

Me I am usually calm in real life..so if you shout as a boss I just keep looking at you, whilst I push to achieve my aim and objectives...

Most bosses shout just to intimidate their subordinates which doesn't help for folks who are inches away to depression.
