Please, in reference to the above statement, does it mean I MUST apply for my Visa within 3 days after printing out my bank statement or the counting of the said 31 days deadline begins after the date the bank statement print out was done ?

You need to present your maintenance funds for 9 months in a bank statement format . It's different for London and outside London. Read up here

In all fairness to Hull, a proof of English Language is always required. It is written on their website.

And it is a bit jumpy on your part to make the 2k deposit without first meeting other requirements.

Personally, the deposit was the last thing I did. And I was given an unconditional offer after meeting 5 other requirements out of 6.

Try and upload your WAEC certificate if you have at least C5 in English Language or write IELTS.

my sister applied to the university of hull submitted all docs and got a conditional offer, after which she was required to pay 2k pounds. now the school is asking for English proficiency which they never had issues with before taking our 2k pounds.

can anyone suggest what we can do or are there any good schools with quick admission processes and less stressful admission procedures?

Yes they do, I used c6 in English language waec, 2006 which is over 15 yrs

No it just means that you have 31 days to use the printed statement.
If you don't, you'll need to reprint your statement to ensure that the end of the 28-day requirement is not later than 31 days before/on the day you submit your application.

My school website said they accept PTE tho but my condition offer is asking for IELTS with score of 6.0

Check the attached for the international bank transfer details and also attached this in the Form A trade portal as evidence

Please how much is tuition deposit for Northumbria London campus (may intake) it is not stated in the offer letter.

I don’t think it should take that long for the school to receive it. It’s better to contact the bank you used cos I remember a part of the mail sent by Sterling bank which was my issuing bank says I should contact them if the school does not receive it within 48hours.
